If you don’t have KB laying around, you can use a single dumbell too or get water bottle with a handle one or be creative!

1) KB Swings
- feet slightly wider than hip width, eyes always on bell, start the motion by hinging or pushing your butt backwards, thrust forward & squeeze ur glutes.
- the force to bring the bell us does not come from your hand but your hinge & thrust motions (sounds wrong but ya’ll know it make sense when it works 😂)

2) Kneeling KB clean & press
- start with kneeling position
- clean your bell up & press straight up
- this move is big on engaging your core
.
3) KB swings with lateral shuffles
- start with KB swings, once you’re comfortable take two steps once the bell is up and repeat on each side
- Add a hop in if you’re used to this move
.
4) KB Row
- start with a lunge position
- rest your free hand on your knee
- pull your KB backwards with elbows close to body and fully extend it, control your motions & squeeze your lats/back
.
5) KB 1 swing 1 squats
- start with KB swings, when you’re ready squat down when your bell is up
.
6) KB Deadlift
- Narrow stance, hinge, back straight, soft knees & come up
- should be feeling it on your hamstring & lower back
.
7) SA KB Squats
- load one side with your KB, feet hip width, push butt back & sit into a squat

Day 9 of 28 days of MRO.

Here's a stretch that I always do to ease the strain around my foot near the ankle (front side) after a long run. I normally just massage and do a lot of foot folding in a seated position before decided to do it this way just to press the targeted area. And it helps.
.
I also get cramps doing this (before) when my blood is not flowing properly (usually when it strains).
.
I just found out from @thestretchtherapist post that this strengthens the foot and ankle too 🤭 thanks for the info ❤️. Didn't know that it's beneficial in that way. Guess I'll be doing this more often, not only when my foot needs the stretch 😂.

40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Total Calories: 300 - 350 Cals

35-Minute Total Body Strength Training with Dumbbells | Joanna Soh
In order to get stronger, lean up and lose weight, you have to lift weights! Strength training will NOT make you bulky, but rather it will help to increase your metabolism, making your body burn fat more efficiently and to give you that toned and sculpted look. I perform strength training at least 3 - 4 times weekly and you should too.
This workout is a total body strength training using a pair of medium weight dumbbells, between 4 - 5kgs each. If you can lift heavier, then do choose a heavier pair of dumbbells to challenge your muscles. The technique used in this workout is called SUPERSET, that means we will be doing 2 exercises back to back with minimal rest in between. We'll be targeting your legs, butt, arms, chest, back and also abs! This workout is mainly low impact, with a short cardio blaster at the end of each circuit to drive your heart rate up. Only 35 minutes, but you'll be getting a solid full body workout!
Circuit: 6 rounds, repeat each round twice.
Sequence: 40 secs Work - 20 secs Rest
Duration: 35 minutes

Cardio: Squat Jump
SUPERSET 2
1) Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press
2) L Raises

ARMS & ABS (Build & Burn)
This workout challenges both the arms and ab muscles in one quick and effective routine. All you need is a set of light-weight dumbbells, or even just a pair of water bottles. We’re going to end the workout with a core focused cardio blast. It's not going to be easy, but I know you can do it!
Duration: 25 minutes
Sequence: x3 Circuits (45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest)
