然後一下車司機大哥就問

好險大哥沒有把我們半路趕下車
或是直接載到檢疫所
晚上吳吳去買最近超愛喝的紅豆漿+紅豆+綠豆+小芋圓
幾乎每天買，已持續快兩個月的那麼喜歡......
結果杯裝的紅豆漿賣完了，只剩罐裝的
他就很開心提著三大罐500 ml紅豆漿回家
外加店員很好心給他三杯紅綠豆+小芋圓的配料（有算錢）
而且重點是店員正妹還會講韓文！👍

讚美廣場，不是「新加坡大媽們跳讚美操的廣場」（雖然名稱乍看之下很像是），而是一片由女修院與女校活化利用而成的歷史建築，目前是個露天餐廳與酒吧林立的夜生活去處，醒目的哥德式教堂則變成多功能禮堂。至於「讚美」（CHIJMES）到底是怎麼來的？回到家查了之後才發現，原來是舊名「聖嬰耶穌女修院」（Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus）的縮寫和「鐘聲」（chimes）兩個字的融合，取其中文諧音而成的。

The splendid Gothic Cathedral still stands and testifies the history of this place. What I didn't realize until after the trip is, CHIJMES is a combination of the name of the original church, Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus (CHIJ), and the word "chimes", which echoes the sound from the bell tower.

●ズッキーニ：2本（お好みの夏野菜、お肉でもOK）
●お好みのとろけるチーズ：お好み量
［やみつき黄金ソース］
●マヨネーズ：大さじ3
●卵黄：2個（白身はスープの具材やお菓子作りとかに使ってね）
●粒マスタード：大さじ1
●白味噌：小さじ2（普通の味噌を使う場合は、味噌小さじ1と砂糖小さじ1で代用してね）
●醤油：適量
お好みでニンニク少々入れてもすっごく美味しいよ♪
※ズッキーニの最初の火入れはお好みで！僕たちは少し食感を残したいので短めにしてますが、すっごくトロトロにしたい場合は焼き目がつくまでしてあげて下さい。

『ズッキーニのやみつき黄金チーズ焼き』を作りました。
マヨネーズと卵黄が合わさった濃厚ソースに粒マスタードのほのかな酸味と香り、
味噌のコクと風味が絶妙にマッチして最高にやみつきソースになってます。
とにかくこの『やみつき黄金ソース』が恐ろしく最高に旨いんですが
これさえ覚えておけば、お好みの野菜、肉、魚の上に乗せて焼くだけで
お店で出てくるような素材を活かした最高に美味しい逸品料理が
簡単に出来ちゃう優れものなんです( *´艸｀)
しかも『やみつき黄金ソース』を乗せてトースターやオーブンで焼くだけなので
夏の暑い時期でも涼しい顔して作れちゃいますよ♪
是非、今夜のお酒のお供に作って、最高の晩酌しちゃって下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Zucchini: 2 (or any summer vegetable or meat you like)
● Melted cheese of your choice: as much as you like
[Golden sauce]
● Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
● Egg yolks: 2 (use the whites for soup ingredients or baking)
● Mustard: 1 tablespoon
● White miso paste : 2 teaspoons (If you use regular miso, substitute
1 teaspoon miso and 1 teaspoon sugar)
● Soy sauce: appropriate amount
You can add a little garlic if you like ♪
※ The initial cooking of the zucchini is up to you! If you want them
to be very tender, cook them until they start to brown.
