八.馬來西亞出Job –FS篇
過了一個星期馬拉的field work,我們的SIC 終於來了。他到底是怎樣子呢?他是我們firm 的一個傳奇⋯⋯
同事K,是一個高個子,180 的身高,但又有一點肥,簡單來說就是又高又大。
他的傳奇在哪呢?
他,一不放飛機,二,會罵人(即使隔住幾張豬肉枱,都會聽到他拍枱罵人的聲音)三,要求高(總之就是你如何努力也不能達到他的要求)。當他跟我說他V 了一個零variance 的depreciation reasonableness test,我就覺得好傳奇啦,可能有幾萬個PPE items,那可能沒有variance 呢?而只要個variance 是materiality level 食得起,基本上就問題不大。看着我在V一個有variance 的depreciation reasonableness test,我還是不要給他review 好了。
我問:「我平時花太多時間做vouching,大佬你平時一日vouch 幾多張單?」
他不屑的看一看我:「vouching 好簡單而已,我一日vouch 一千張單,仲要係堅睇!」
我尷尬笑了一笑,就沒有再追問下去了。代表我一個鐘要睇67張invoice,不停工作15 個鐘,我才可以一日vouch 一千張單。Emm⋯⋯我做不來⋯⋯但我信他沒有放飛機的,但他有什麼技巧,我就不得而知啦。
每次食飯總要食兩個鐘以上,因為要聽同事K 講他高潮迭起的經歷,他如何解決audit issues,又如何被人罵到喊,既委屈但又努力做好自己。
有一次食飯,他:「阿妹,non-fs audit 學得最多technical skills,fs audit 反而無用,無technical 學,只不過是tie 數,他們senior連PPE depreciation 都做不好。所以即使non-fs audit 有多wok,都是值得的。」
我:「那為何現在同事都想non-fs audit 轉fs audit?」
他:「因為他們為名氣,audit bank同audit insurance 公司名氣比我們的客戶大太多。但他們將來會後悔架!」
我:「點解呢?客戶名氣大,將來搵工也可以多啲選擇?」
他:「但你幾年的audit 生涯,應該學更加多的technical skills,而不應該只是copy and paste。」
我們的對話到此為止。
到現在,你問我做fs audit 好,還是non fs audit 好呢?
Non fs audit 生活基本上就是走遍大江南北,用無盡的OT換取日薪比麥當勞還不如的薪金。當然無盡的OT 代表你工作一天的時間,是別人工作兩天的時間,所以你學的東西亦比其他人多。當然你亦有機會嘗試不同的engagement,不同的IPO和M&A project。但將來搵工作呢?
以工作五年為例 (senior year 3),在逼科的月薪大約 (45k ~49K) 不等,而在commercial 你想找一個manager grade,出面公司大約願意出 (38k ~43k)左右,公司大部份是中型同細listed company,剛在逼科出來,你亦不要想可以在多大的公司做manager role,畢竟commercial 的經驗都很重要。即使你有能力,亦要別人對你有信心。換言之,salary cut大約是5k 以上。
而fs audit 生活,雖然都係wok,但整體來說沒有non fs audit wok,因為non fs client 太多爛數,所以有許多audit adjustment,但fs client,大部份都能力較好,而且有更強的internal control,所以audit adjustment正常比較少。畢竟我沒有做過太長fs audit,不能說能否學到很多。但以我基礎的了解,bank/insurance audit要由細做到大,不然,好難pick up。而且,banking/insurance requirement 又不一樣,其實好多嘢學。
以工作五年為例 (senior year 3),在逼科的月薪大約 (45k ~49K) 不等,而在bank/insurance/pe fund 公司,他們出得起更高的薪金,大約(47k -55k)。當然fs 工作亦不見得好做,但至少你無salary cut, 即使有salary cut,亦沒有non fs 的誇張,你運氣好的話,可能會加薪添。
我並不是鼓勵大家做fs audit,但到最後還是看你想要什麼?
如果你要人工,fs audit 之後出路好小小,畢竟公司願意出又出得起錢。而non fs audit,我自己覺得team 的凝聚力比較大,而且teammates 比較好相處, 亦比較少辦公室政治。

The motorcycle which Honda Motor produces Honda / FTR (an F tea are) and sells. There are sold 250cc model and 223cc model of an existing car model once. When I say FTR now, I point at 223cc model generally.
It was exhibited as a reference exhibition car (I am to market it, car) by Tokyo mortor show of 2007. When a commercial car was announced at this time, there is not a large change, and it is it when simple as well as other street system motorcycles.
Basic constitution is a lot common to with FTR which is brothers car. Frame an engine (MD33E) / a carburetor (VE3DA) and a part of decoration become FTR when common, but plan differentiation with FTR223 of the appearance that I change coloring / decoration, and was conscious of off-road system motorcycle so that CB223S is made as a retro system street motorcycle.
Honda / CBR1000RR (the double are that I do not make sea B are) is four parallel cylinders, a motorcycle of 998cc cubic centimeter displacement of the CBR series done of release [1] as a succeeding car from March 31, 2004 of CBR954RR of Honda Motor. A pet name of Fireblade( fire blade) is given an export model.
A CB1300 super forehand (CB1300 SUPER FOUR, CB1300SF) is the motorcycle which Honda Motor sells from 1998; (an export vehicle is sold by a name of CB1300 abroad).
Honda / VTR1000 SP-1/2 is an article for export markets motorcycle of two four stroke V type cylinder 999cc engine deployment in one of the VTR series that Honda Motor releases. (Only a car for exclusive use of the competition that is impossible of public road registration sells it in Japan)In addition, I sell it by a name to call RC51 which imaged a model of a works racer with North America specifications, but an official car name is RVT1000R.
By the way, a real model of this motorcycle is SC45.
It is the model whom Honda Motor developed as a next participation vehicle for the super motorcycle world championship for RVF750(RC45).
For the reason why I chose V twin as not V4 which I used so far,
* (Of development those days)Displacement volume upper limit 4 of regulation was 750cc with a cylinder, but it is for the V twin to have been 1,000cc
* In comparison with V4, plan simplification of lightweighting and structure of a vehicle in race regulation
* A limit of development of the V4 engine which matured for a long time.
* Influence of a rival (Ducati) adopting two 90 degrees V type cylinders. In ※ Ducati company, it is expressed with L twin.

I adopted an expensive frame of the hardness that let an aluminum frame link trass in SP-1, but I improve a frame in SP-2 and there is no proper degree and may give you it because I am too firm and in this situation was hard to treat it adversely.
In addition, regulation of WSB is changed, and four cylinder cars play CBR1000RR from 2004 because the upper limit became 1,000cc.

Shengjian mantou (Wu Chinese: ssanji mhoedhou, also known as the shengjianbao outside the Wu-speaking region) is a type of small, pan-fried baozi (steamed buns) which is a specialty of Shanghai. It is usually filled with pork and gelatin that melts into soup/liquid when cooked. Shengjian mantou has been one of the most common breakfast items in Shanghai since the early 1900s. As a ubiquitous breakfast item, it has a significant place in Shanghainese culture.
In Modern Chinese, a filled bun is usually called baozi or bao, while an unfilled (plain) bun is usually called a mantou. However, in the Jiangnan region where Wu Chinese is spoken, the word mantou" refers to both filled and unfilled buns, as in Middle Chinese. Hence, the shengjian mantou is called a mantou despite being a filled bun. The same is true of the xiaolong mantou, which is often called xiaolongbao in the other varieties of Chinese.
The name shengjian mantou is often abbreviated to shengjian (生煎, shēngjiān).
Shengjian is made from semi-leavened dough, wrapped around pork and gelatin fillings. Chopped green onions and sesame are sprinkled on the buns during the cooking process.The name of the bun comes from its method of cooking. The buns are lined up in an oiled, shallow, flat pan. Typical commercial pans are more than a metre in diameter. The buns are lined up in the pan with the "knot", where the dough is folded together, facing downwards and thus in direct contact with the oiled pan and fried into a crispy bottom during the cooking process. Water is sprayed on the buns during cooking to ensure the top (which is not in contact with the pan or the oil) is properly cooked. After frying, the bottom of the bun becomes crunchy, and the gelatin melts into soup. This combination gives the shengjian its unique flavour. Because the buns are tightly lined up in the pan, they become somewhat cube-shaped after cooking. While waiting to be served, the chef may flip the buns so that the fried base faces upwards to prevent the crispy bottom from getting soggy in the process of cooling.
The traditional shengjian has pork fillings. Common variations include chicken, pork mixed with prawns, and pork mixed with crab meat.
Shengjian is traditionally sold in lots of four (one "tael"). It is usually eaten at breakfast, and can be accompanied by a small bowl of clear soup. The buns themselves can be dipped in Chinkiang vinegar. Because of the method of cooking, especially the relatively hard bottom, the buns are quite durable, and are therefore easily portable. They are often packed in paper bags for take-away consumption.
Some shops or restaurants sell the item throughout the day as a dianxin or snack. It is rarely found as a dish in a main meal.
Yang’s Dumpling: 小杨生煎馆 or xiao yang sheng jian guan – is a popular fried dumpling chain serving pan fried pork buns. Yang’s Sheng jian bao (6¥ for 4) are crunchy on top and filled with pipping hot and delicious soup.
Tofu Puff Meatballs with Vermicelli Soup (10¥) had 2 large tofu balls with some firm pork inside with clear vermicelli noodles in a hot chicken flavored broth.
