Always love a good catch up over a yummilious luncheon.
The other day, together with @where.is.karl, we went to Golden Peony located @conradsingapore to check out their NEW $48++ 5 course lunch.
We started with the London Duck done 2 ways which included on with the pancake roll as well as the Swan Pastry with Chilli Crab. Followed by a piping hot Double Boiled Baby Abalone with Sea Whelk and Conpoy in a mini pumpkin bowl. I kid you not, the soup was really nourishing and packed with the essence of the ingredients used.
We also had the Sea Perch, Baked Korubuta Pork as well as the beautifully plated Stewed River Prawns with Crispy Egg Noodle Ball and Chilled Cream of Avocado with Vanilla Ice Cream.
I also like the service is attentive yet not intrusive.
With a price tag of $48++, I feel that this is definitely a good place to come back to enjoy with my friends or for any business luncheon.
