A staple Malay tea-time snack fritter that ‘every anak dara must know how to make before boleh mimpi nak kahwin’ according to my mum hahahah
Kalau tak ada pre-mix tepung cucur, boleh buat dengan bahan yang sedia ada di rumah!
Eggs
Garlic Ginger Paste (you can finely chop garlic and ginger to mix together)
Self-Raising Flour
Water
Yellow onions
Garlic
Red Chillies
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Pepper
Prawns / Ikan Bilis
Tip: Frying in VERY hot oil makes the cucur fluffy and light instead of flat and dense.
So simple and very tasty, the ginger garlic paste is the secret to elevate the taste of your basic cucur udang to a whole new level!
