有時飲剩嘅白酒都好有用嘅. 一路炒蜆一路落白酒件事好Make sense 同埋效果超好味. Leftover wine is quite useful, added to Typhoon Shelter clams, and you will thank yourself!
Clams 蜆
Spring onions 大量嘅蔥
Garlic 蒜蓉
Fried Garlic 炸蒜
Chili slices 辣椒絲
A small bit of black bean sauce (optional)
Leftover white wine 白酒
Butter 牛油
Onions 洋蔥
用牛油煮啲洋蔥同埋啲蒜蓉
跟住爆少少蔥花同埋辣椒絲
加啲顯跟住啲白酒冚蓋
煮到啲顯開
你鍾意可以加少少豆豉
加啲蔥辣椒絲同埋炸蒜咁就食得㗎啦!
Sweat the onions and garlic in some butter.
Add half of the spring onions and chilli.
Add the clams and white wine and cover the pot cook until the clams open. When the clams are open you can add a little bit of black bean sauce if you like. Add some more butter to create an emulsion. add a lot of fresh spring onions some fresh chilies and a lot of fried garlic. It with a happy smile on your face 😊
