While scrolling thru Pinterest a couple of months ago I got inspired to paint one side of my bedroom wall black. It felt like a daring idea but I had this feeling that it will make my new bed from @moredesigndotcom pop out

My Ma @lillyrahimdeco who is quite the interior designer was all for it too. I’m quite pleased with the results! Will show the rest of our new furniture from @moredesigndotcom in my next stories/posts 💜

เคล็ดไม่ลับ ทำตัวเองให้มีความสุขกับรูปร่างของเรา?
ยอมรับตัวเองในแบบที่เราเป็น จริงๆ แล้วมันไม่มีใครที่จะ 100% perfect ค่ะ เนิสก็เป็นหนึ่งในนั้น ไขมันก็มี รอยแตกก็มี ทางนี้เน้นดูแลตัวเองให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ เช่น ดื่มน้ำ บำรุงผิว ออกกำลังกายบ้างบางครั้ง เพราะส่วนตัวไม่ชอบเข้ายิม เน้นเดินเยอะๆ คุมอาหารด้วย

พอเราทำความรู้จักกับรูปร่าง ต่อไปก็คือการแต่งกายอย่างไรให้เข้ากับรูปร่างของเรา ค่อยๆ หา inspiration ไม่ต้องรีบร้อน ทางนี้ลองผิดลองถูกมาหลายปี เช่น เนิสเอวสั้น เวลาแต่งตัว ต้องโชว์ช่วงเอวเยอะๆ จะได้ไม่ดูตัน

จำไว้ว่า กาละเทศะสำคัญ และต้องไม่เดือดร้อนคนอื่น แต่ถ้าความสุขเรามันไปหนักหัวคนอื่น ก็ช่างหัวมันค่ะ ชั้นไม่เลิกใส่ ส่วนเทอต้องเลิกเสื_กก่อน ( จำไว้นะ มีคนชอบ ก็ต้องมีคนไม่ชอบ เรื่องธรรมดามาก )

อย่ากดตัวเองให้ดูต่ำลงเพื่อจะชื่นชมคนอื่น เช่น “ เทอหุ่นดีมากเลย นี่เราอ่ะหุ่นไม่ดีเลย “ เลิกก่อน! เพราะนอกจากจะไม่ได้ทำให้เรารู้สึกดีขึ้น ยังทำให้คนที่ถูกชมเค้าจะอึดอัด ตอบไม่ถูก ทางที่ดี เราควรจะเปลี่ยนทัศนคติเป็นแบบนี้ “ ชั้นชอบหุ่นเทอมาก แซ่บมาก ทำยังไงให้ได้แบบนี้? ออกกำลังกายไหม? ชั้นอยากออกบ้าง มีเคล็ดลับแชร์ไหมคะ “ ร่วมกันสร้าง motivation ให้กันและกันดีกว่าค่ะ

ส่วนตัวคิดว่า ผู้หญิงกับเสื้อผ้า ชุดชั้นใน ชุดว่ายน้ำ และอื่นๆ เป็นของคู่กันอ่ะ ชั้นชอบใส่ เค้าก็ผลิตมาให้คนเราใส่ไง จะลูกไม้ จะอะไร ชั้นจะใส่!!!!! เพราะมันคือเสื้อผ้า ใส่แล้วส่องกระจก มันรู้สึกสวยเอง เพิ่มพลังให้ตัวเอง ยิ่งค้นพบตัวเองขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ว่า เออว่ะ ใส่แบบนี้ก็สวยดีนะ

เอาตัวเองมาอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ positive พยายามตัด toxic ออกไป นี่คิดตลอดว่าตัวเองโชคดีมากที่คนรอบข้างสนับสนุนการเป็นตัวของตัวเองและทุกอย่างที่เราทำ

อยากจะแต่งตัวยังไงก็แต่งไปค่ะ อย่าลืมเรื่องกาละเทศะ และต้อง make sure ว่าดูแลตัวเองได้แน่นอน อันนี้สำคัญมาก เนิสคอยบอกเสมอ เพราะเนิสเป็นคนติสไง เนิสมองว่า body is art มันสวยงามเหมือนศิลปะ เนิสชอบถ่ายรูปก็จริง แต่เวลาออกไปข้างนอก เนิสมักจะพกเสื้อคลุมตลอดนะ เพื่อความปลอดภัย

สุดท้ายนี้ อย่าพยายามกดคนอื่นให้ต่ำลงไม่ว่าจะด้วยคำพูดหรือการกระทำ เพราะสิ่งนี้ไม่ได้ทำให้เราดูสูงขึ้นหรือฉลาดขึ้น หรือสวยขึ้นแต่อย่างใด

A secret tip to make yourself happy with our shape?
Accepting yourself as we are. There is nobody who is 100 % perfect. Being one of them, having a crack. It's here. Focus on taking care of yourself as much as you can. Drink water, nourishing skin, exercise, sometimes because you don't like it. Going to the gym, focus on walking, dieting too.

When we get to know the next shape, how to dress to fit our body. Easy to find inspiration. Don't rush this way. You can try to be wrong. For many years, such as a short waist. You have to show your waist. You won't be able to see a lot of times

Remember that a sermon is important and you don't have to be troubled by other people. If you have happiness, you will be able to do it. I won't stop wearing it. You have to stop having sex first. (Remember, there are people who like it, you have to have someone Like the common things)

If you want to dress up, you can wear it. Don't forget about the soap opera and make sure that you can take care of yourself. This is very important. This is not because Nis is not a disc. The brain that body is art is beautiful like art. I like to take photos, but when I go out, I always carry my coat for safety.
