Ketam Telur Masin
4 ekor ketam, dibersihkan dan dibelah 4
2 sudu besar mentega
8 Cili api, dihiris
4 ulas bawang putih, dihiris
6 bawang merah kecil, dihiris
5 tangkai daun kari
1 telur masin, direbus dan diambil kuning sahaja
125ml susu sejat
1. Gorengkan ketam dalam minyak secukupnya sehingga kermerahan
2. Gunakan sedikit minyak gorengan ketam dan mentega, tumiskan semua bahan lain (kecuali telur masin dan susu sejat) sehingga bau naik.
3. Masukkan telur masin yang telah dilenyekkan. Biarkan membuih. Masukkan susu sejat dan panaskan sehingga memekat dan gaulkan dengan ketam.

Ketam Cili ala Korea
* 1.5kg ketam, dibersihkan dan dibelah dua
* 2 sudu besar “sos Korea”
* 2 sudu besar gula perang
* 2 sudu besar ais assam jawa
* garam , secukup rasa
* 2 sudu besar minyak masak
* 1/2 cawan air
* 1 telur
* 1 daun bawang, dicincang kasar
Bahan Kisar:
* 4 sudu besar cili boh
* 2 sudu besar tauchu
* 5 ulas bawang putih
* 2 inci halia
Cara Penyediaan:
1. Dalam kuali goreng ketam separa masak dengan sedikit minyak. Toskan dan ketepikan.
2. Tumiskan bahan kisar dalam minyak sehingga bau naik dan pecah minyak.
3. Masukkan Sos korea dan semua bahan lain kecuali telur dan daun bawang. Tambahkan garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa.
4. Gaulkan masukkan kembali ketam dan biarkan reneh dalam kuah sehingga ketam masak sepenuhnya.
5. Letkkan ketam dalam pinggan untuk menghidang. Kuah di dalam kuali ditambahkan telur sambil dikacau dan dimasak atas api sederhana. Tambahkan air kalo terlalu pekat. Tuangkan atas ketam dan taburkan dengan daun bawang.

Ingredients:
Serves 3 (if you're eating this as the only dish)
Makes 8 pieces
1 tablesppon coarsely crushed white pepper (recommend to increase to 2 tbsp)
50g of butter
Some cooking oil
1 bulb of chopped garlic
1 mid-sized red onion - sliced
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
0.5 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 crabs weighing 1.2kg in total
1/3 cup of evaporated milk
2 stalks of spring onion
Some cornstarch solution
