其實我好鍾意忌廉哥😆！探完佢之後嘅最佳節目梗係去太平館餐廳懷舊下啦！食佢d招牌菜，更加要配支懷舊葡萄酒襯下，叫咗支葡萄牙嘅Mateus Rose（碼頭老鼠），懷舊到爆！😆呢支甜甜地有少少氣嘅粉紅葡萄酒Robert Parker冇評過分😆！其實我細細個去澳門時daddy已經有叫，其實都ok平衡，唔太多層次但係襯重味嘅豉油皇汁燒乳鴿同珍肝汁岑味牛脷，perfect! 🍷🍷記得留肚食梳乎厘呀！
What’s better than visiting heritage western restaurant Tai Ping Koon after visiting my idol cream brother? Gotta order a bottle of Mateus Rose from Portugal (traditional wine that my dad used to order when I was a kid) to match with the indigenous cuisine! Robert Parker has not rated this slightly sweet and lightly bubbled rose 😆! Although it’s simple, it’s quite balanced and matched well with the strong flavored signature dishes like roasted pigeon and grilled beef tongue with pigeon liver sauce! 🍷🍷don’t forget to save your stomach for traditional soufflé!
