昨晚 #居家華語派對房 臨時增加了hip hop/rap主題相關的歌曲，中間臨時起意用我之前稀有獲贈的LMF〈冚家拎 (Instrumental) 〉跟MC HotDog〈我行我素 (ACAPELLA) 〉mixing在一起，現場臨時弄了個簡單的mashup，算是送給收看直播的大家一個小小的驚喜。

有時想練臀，會有找不到屁股的感覺，
因為屁股真是個懶惰的傢伙，沒有聲聲喚！
它就是把工作都推給股四頭啊！
我的做法是把它先搞酸！讓它充血！
這樣我的深蹲就可以更集中炸它！

深蹲100挑戰了嗎？
真的是非常好玩哪！（我發似）
每次深蹲100前，我會做一些動作找屁股，
當屁股漲酸，可以更容易找到受虐該位，
有時做完、也想直接PASS掉主訓練！
但休息一下，還是可以接著服用完全餐！
其實妳的屁股！比妳以為的還要堅強喔！

今天的動作都非常基本，大約只有5分鐘，
如果不夠酸！就來兩份！
這些都是喚醒屁股的動作，
集中在臀部發力，大腿會酸也很正常，
但是要不斷的呼喚屁股～你～出～來～啊！！！
全部訓練完腿會軟軟抖抖漲漲，
記得拉筋舒緩，
隔天的疼痛感就可以減低喔！

Dance Monkey這首洗腦歌，
就是會讓老公火大爆炸，苔苔火力充滿的歌！
作詞的背景故事是街頭藝人的心聲，
被欣賞，被喜歡，有時也不被尊重，
就是做著自己喜歡的事情其他沒什麼大不了的！
想著以前跟著我老公跑樂團表演的辛酸史，
樂團故事那種熱血與堅持總是讓我跟著一起沸騰！
