Beef Pastrami, Emmental Cheese & Sauerkraut 'Bikini' toastie is officially super yum at @darksidebar @rosewoodhongkong . The Pastrami quality particularly stands out, flavorful, not over Salted, slightly burnt smoky edges. Quality bread is essential too 😍😋😋👌🏻
I think the updated price is HKD $160, which is reasonable. I would pick this over the more traditional Spanish Bikini with Jamon & Manchego, which is also upstairs at Bayfare Social.
