A 70 year old Japanese dessert shop located in 迪化街/大稻埕, the pastries there are on the sweeter end, but pair perfectly with a cup of hot tea!

✨ NEW DESSERT SHOP ALERT✨ @hinpatisserie is now opened to public! The owner of the shop @executive_pastry_chef_hin has over 20 years of pastry experience— he used to be the head pastry chef at MO, worked at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in hk and many other places. 😮✨
He decided to open this place cuz it was his dream to open a pastry shop that can allow him to freely express his creativity.
That just goes to say that everything here at @hinpatisserie is really good and you don’t have to worry about ordering something that’s less than perfect! Also, don’t forget to order their tea to pair with the pastries, they really go well together ✨😌
