Video - Morning Emelia
Every Baby has different milestones .
Each baby develops differently .
For Emelia - she’s able to sit comfortably at 6 months .
Eusoff is more comfortable doing tummytime.
Sitting independently is a skill that many babies master at 7-9 months of age .
Once they have good neck control and their back is strong enough , they are ready .
But don’t rush it .
Encourage lots of tummytime .
But there’s ways on helping them to sit .
Place them to sit between your legs on the floor and do activities like reading a book or sing-along .
Once they are strong enough you can place pillows or other paddings around them .
This will encourage them to sit and strengthen their back .
Do them when they are at 6 months after lots of tummytime .

Boys tend to catch up from 6 years old onwards .

It's important to follow up with your paediatrician on your baby's growth and development.
Head Circumference and length is an important tool to assess they are growing well.
Refer to Growth Chart - to monitor whether they are
underweight , overweight or within limits.
Don't miss on their Vaccine shots .
The first 6 months of growth can tell us so much on our babies progress.
Try Breastfeeding fully upto 6 months if possible.
The longer the better for the immune system.
A crying baby is good .
At 3 months babies usually sleep 18-20 hours .
Sleep is important for babies growth.
Do avoid pacifiers if possible .
Parents need to know the milestones of babies
Grasp object - 3 months
Reaches for objects at 5 months
Babies coos and babbles at 6 months
Holds own bottles at 7-8 months
Crawls at 9 months
Walks independently at 13 months
Some of the signs you need to be aware if there's a developmental delay.
But again every Child is different
But we need to be knowledgeable to identify them.
Salam Everyone

PS - Emelia weigh 4.12 kg and 54 cm in length
Growing well - Alhamdulillah
developmental milestones 在 LeiaLauren Facebook 的最佳解答
I’m not sure if Luke is able to tell his sisters apart, but he does gravitate a little more towards Lauren at this stage, perhaps because of their common love language- both enjoy being showered with hugs and kisses.
On the other hand, Leia is verbal in showing her affection. She loves praising and encouraging her little brother and gets incredibly proud and happy when he achieves his developmental milestones. It is so interesting to observe their ever-changing dynamics 😃
