AT THE GYM EARLIER TODAY: A guy came up to me and asked for a candy/anything sweet because he's diabetic and his blood sugar level was low. He was light-headed and dizzy after working out on the stationary bike and treadmill.
He needed sugar in his bloodstream, fast.
Luckily I had that room temperature protein shake to offer him... He's good now! If you're diabetic, always remember to check your blood sugar level before doing any workout. A workout buddy or a personal trainer is advisable.
