冠病康復第四個月:
新陳代謝變的很慢,身體容易浮腫發冷。
若不持續運動排汗,腹部依然會長疹子。
鼻子比以前更容易敏感,喉嚨也容易乾。
每一次呼吸都能感覺到自己很用力的在把空氣送進肺部,必須很大口的吸氣才能把肺部充滿。
體力真的是差,精神難集中,記憶力退步。
我是在超市買菜的時候感染冠病,現在除非真的必須要用到而且網路上買不到那樣物品才出門買,還有因為工作才出門之外,我和孩子都在家,連下樓都少了,因為也不太叫外賣了。

It’s the 4th month I’ve recovered from Covid19, my body condition is as below:
The metabolism becomes really slow, I need to keep exercise to keep my body functioning, once I stop workout for 1-2 days, the red spot will show on my stomach to remind me to move my ass🙄, and I feel whole body swelling and cold too when stop exercising for 1-2 days.🤷🏻♀️
It gets even often for me to have nose itchy and dry sore throat, I need to drink plenty water than ever.
When I breathe, I need to take deep breathe once in every 4 times, so that my lungs fill up enough air inside.
I feel tired easily, mentally and physically, it’s more difficult to focus on things now, and I’m bad on memorizing now.
I was spread Covid19 when doing grocery shopping in the supermarket, now I purchase almost everything online, only go out when I need to work and when I really have to get certain item that can’t find thru online shop.
And I seldom order food delivery now.
