好吧,這次原本要發表的不是SBABA,有注意過之前新聞的可能知道,原本要發的歌叫「海枯石爛」,歌如其名的充滿親切感(換個說法叫俗),很好聽,是首爸媽都會喜歡的順聽歌,但白目如我在最後一刻又換歌了😀 傳說中的砍掉重練,就在明明工作很忙硬排出了時間給我做歌的時候🤪 一首大概已7.8成的Demo做著做著因為試著改變了近期比較喜歡的編曲風格就一發不可收拾,寫歌的人大概就會知道,有些旋律會最適合某些曲風,某些曲風就是不對勁,你不該硬要把一個弦律套上一種編曲,業務嘴的製作人會說風格獨特有自己的味道,誠實的製作人會說四不像,然後畫風一轉,只好新寫一首,唱了些很廢的英文詞,改了些中文詞,然後就是你現在聽到的 #SoBadAtBeingAlone 。
對E姐和索尼音樂有點抱歉,因為這種音樂人的宿命(ㄅㄞˊㄇㄨˋ)而修改了幾次發行時間,搞得各種安排的一再調整,包括也讓你們多等了一會兒。

Meanwhile, their team play and objective focus is really paying off and having veterans like Xmithie and Soaz can often get you wins that people didn't expect you to get on paper.

New York Times, Sept. 8th (by Jeniifer Schuessler) -- This year’s edition of the anthology “Best American Poetry” has come under criticism for including a poem by a white poet writing under a Chinese pseudonym, touching off intense online debate about diversity, inclusion and racial entitlement in the poetry world.

“The Bees, the Flowers, Jesus, Ancient Tigers, Poseidon, Adam and Eve” was submitted to the anthology, published on Tuesday by Scribner, by a little-known poet named Michael Derrick Hudson, under the pseudonym Yi-Fen Chou. After the poem’s selection, Mr. Hudson revealed his identity to the volume’s editor, Sherman Alexie, who decided to include it anyway, along with a note explaining the use of the pseudonym.

In an essay on the Best American Anthology blog on Monday, Mr. Alexie, a Native American, defended his decision, saying he had paid closer attention to the poem because of the author’s name — a kind of “racial nepotism,” he said — but ultimately chose it because he liked it.

Jezebel ran a post under the headline “If You’re a White Man Who Can’t Get Published Under Your Own Name, Take the Hint.”

Ken Chen, a poet and executive director of the Asian American Writers Workshop, said Mr. Hudson was guilty of “cynical mischief” in the service of a “reactionary fantasy.”

It took him a few tries and a few consultations with his cousin who is still a zichar chef, to get this right. Hopefully you can make this recipe on your first try. Roland's cousin suggested that we use Thai yam because its texture is the best for yam ring so if possible, get Thai yam.

According to Hungrygowhere, yam ring is a uniquely Singapore dish, which was first created as a vegetarian dish. Today yam ring or sometimes referred to as yam basket, has become a zichar staple. 90ml (slightly more than 1/3 cup) hot water
30g lard (can be replaced with margarine, butter or vegetable shortening)

Note: If you don't know how to get lard, just buy a piece of pork fat from your butcher and follow this video: https://youtu.be/PHlRSf6VpQo. The oil that comes out from the pork fat is lard - just let it cool down and then store it in the fridge and it will solidify. Use the crispy lard in your dishes by sprinkling some over. Super yummy!
