A Healthy & Basic Classic Christmas Dinner for you & your family to enjoy. These are simple recipes with minimal ingredients, low in fat and delicious. You can prep all the meals under 2 hours - save the hassle this Christmas!
This 'Healthier' Christmas Menu (including my vegetables recipes, one serving of dessert & alcohol) will come to an estimate of 1500 - 1700 calories. This is much lower in comparison to a normal Christmas dinner, which average at 3000 - 4500 calories!
I've made:
1) Roast Turkey Crown with Garlic, Parsley & Lemon
2) Butternut Squash Mash (healthier alternative to Mash Potato)
3) Homemade Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce
4) Garlic Turkey Gravy
By making few small changes and alternatives, you can save lots of calories, not overeat and still have a wonderful celebration with your loved ones.
