BAHAN-BAHAN
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak masak(nak lagi sedap guna minyak jagung)
1 cawan susu pekat manis
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
4 biji telur
1 sudu esen vanila
CHEESE LAYER
250gm cream cheese
2 sudu makan gula halus
1 biji telur
1 sudu makan tepung gandum
1 sudu makan air
** Pukul cream cheese dan gula sehingga sebati. Masukkan telur diikuti dgn air dan tepung. teruskan pukul dgn kelajuan sederhana sehingga semuanya sebati..
CARA-CARA MEMBUATNYA:
✔Masukkan koko, gula, susu cair, susu pekat manis dan minyak masak ke dalam periuk,kemudian Masakkan di atas api yang Pelahan sehingga larut dan ketepikan.
✔Dalam bekas lain, ayakkan tepung gandunm, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder.
✔Cara intan pulak intan blend je semua telur sehingga kembang dengan menggunakan blender. Biar dia nampak berbuih-buih keputihan.
✔masukkan telur yang di blend dan esen vanila kedalam bahan yg dimasak tadi kacau sampai sebati,Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum,soda bikarbonat dan baking powder yang diayak tadi.Kacau sehingga sebati dan jangan biarkan ianya berketul-ketul.
✔Panaskan pengukus dan biarkan air mendidih dahulu baru masuk adunan kak ke dalam bekas,intan guna bekas plastik je senang,
kukus separuh adunan kek coklat selama 20minit,kemudian masuk kan adunan cheese kukus selama 10-15minit kemudian masuk kan separuh adunan kek tadi kukus lagi selama 20-30minit,sejuk kan dah boleh makan😋
P/s :- nak kek tahan lama simpan dalam peti sejuk,kek boleh jd lebih moist lagi sedap bila makan sejuk2😉

Resepi Kek Coklat Cheese Kukus Dengan Sukatan Cawan
Bahan-bahan resepi kek coklat cheese kukus mudah:
Bahan A :
1 cawan gula*
1 cawan susu cair*
1 cawan serbuk koko*
1 cawan minyak*
1/2 cawan susu pekat*
Bahan B :
3 biji telur gred A atau 4 biji telur gred B
Bahan C :
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
Bahan untuk lapisan chesee:
250 gram cream cheese jenama Tortura*
60gram gula kastor*
25 gram tepung gandum*
25 gram susu segar*
1 biji telur gred A
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.
Cara penyediaan cream cheese :
#1: Pukul semua bahan yang bertanda kecuali telur sehingga gebu barulah dimasukkan telur dan pukul lagi sampai sebati.Siap untuk dikukus nanti.
Cara-cara penyediaan resepi kek coklat kukus cheese mudah :
#1: Campurkan semua bahan A dan masak atas api kecil.Sentiasa kacau supaya tidak berketul.Bila dah sebati ,tutup api dan biarkan sejuk.
#2: Pukul bahan B sampai kembang dan gebu barulah masukkan bahan A kacau hingga sebati dan seterusnya masukkan pula bahan C.Kacau sampai sebati.
Gunakan loyang segi empat sama contohnya 8×8 inci ataupun bekas plastik kecil.Tiada masalah..Alas permukaan loyang dengan baking paper dan oles dinding loyang dengn marjerin atau sedikit minyak untuk kek coklat cheese senang dikeluarkan nanti.
#3: Tuangkan 1/2 adunan coklat ke dalam loyang dan kukus hingga masak dalam anggaran 20 minit menggunakn api sederhana.
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.

#4: Bila dah masak,sejukkan kek barulah diterbalikkan dan dipotong.

@リンネル チャンネル リンネル 11月号増刊 特別付録のオサムグッズのシリコーンケーキ型を使ってスノースキン月餅を作ってみました。見た目はスノースキン感は弱いですが、月餅🥮の型がなくても、シリコン型で作れたのがポイント。伸びのよい柔らかな餅皮とホワイトチョコのミルキー感がとっても合います。包みやすい餅皮なので同量の餡でも包みやすいです。型離れのポイントは打ち粉。片栗粉を型や餅皮の側面に多めに振ってください。くっつかずに作業できます。型に餅が貼り付き、1回、失敗してしまいました。
昔から大好きだったオサムグッズ。付録でシリコン型が手に入るなんていい時代なんだ。
*レシピ*(およそ64mlの型 6個分)
ホワイトチョコ餡を作ります
1.ホワイトチョコ 42gを溶かす。
2.白あん 150gを入れ混ぜる。
3.6等分にする。
4.お好みにパウダーで着色する。
今回、かぼちゃパウダー・紫芋パウダー・いちごパウダー 各2g、バタフライピーパウダー・抹茶 各1gで着色しています。もちろんそのままでもOKです。
5.ラップで丸く包み、冷蔵庫または冷凍庫で冷やしておく。
餅皮を作ります。
6.耐熱ボウルに白玉粉 24g、水 96gを入れ粒がなくなるまで混ぜる。
