Gọi là lười vì trong nhà có gì C dùng nấy, chứ cũng ko ra đường mua gì cả =)))
Công thức bột trên ảnh, nhanh mà dễ làm 😚
Xốt cà chua tùy ý, nhà còn gì cho nấy, nhưng nếu muốn ngon thì nên là có 1/2 củ hành tây, 1 tép tỏi băm, 2 quả cà chua, xíu đường, muối tiêu, chút lá oregano hoặc basil. Nấu lên, đừng cho nước, để nó đặc chút, để nguội, xay ra chứ đừng lười như C 🤣
Topping theo sở thích nhé, thái các thứ thành miếng nhỏ thôi cho nhanh chín. Bột thì sau khi trở về nhiệt độ phòng rồi, mn đem cán ra, mỏng dày tùy ý, thích ngựa ngựa như C làm viền cũng đc 😂 Bỏ sốt, topping lên r nướng thôi.
Nướng 250°C nếu lò lên đc nhiệt cao hơn thì mn nướng 270-280°C nhé, tùy lò tầm 7-10p là xong rồi :> Còn cái này là kinh nghiệm nè, C dùng tấm silicone thành ra mặt dưới nó ko đc xém thơm, mn nên sử dụng khay đen của lò, phủ bột lên chống dính nhé, để đc hấp thụ nhiệt tốt hơn, bánh có màu đẹp và ăn ngon hơn.

The dough recipe is on the pics, easy peasy!
Sauce of your choice, I used what I had. But I have a better recipe : half an onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 ripe tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, salt & pepper, oregano or basil up to you. Cook them, make the sauce a little bit thick, don't put water. Blend it, you should, I was such a lazy ass 🤦
Toppings of your choice, cut them a little bit small so they can be cooked through in the oven. Let the dough rest in room temp, then you can use it, stretch it, roll it with a rolling pin, any ways or shapes you prefer. Put the sauce, toppings, cheese then let's bake it 🙌
250°C in 7-10mins, better at 270-280°C if your oven can go up that much. In my experience, you should use the oven tray, like the black ones, (remember to put flour to prevent the stickiness) so the dough can be cooked more. Mine I used the silicone mat, so it was not as golden as I wanted it to be :<

This pita bread pizza is so easy to make , takes 20 mins to prepare .
Here’s is recipe 👩🏻🍳
Pesto cheese pizza :
Pan fry the tomatoes until they are soft , add a tablespoon of ketchup and pinch of salt pepper to flavour , I added Chili sauce .
Simply drizzle the bread with some avocado oil , followed by pesto , add pepperoni, cheese of your choice , basil leaves and pop them into the air fryer at 180c for 5-7mins. Done
Black bean hummus pizza :
Sauté the onion with oil until caramelised, add pinch of salt. Just pile up the hummus , onion and black beans. Pop in the air fryer on 180c for 5-7 mins. Done!

Tonight, I marinated a huge amount of ground beef and made a ridiculously huge pot of ragu sauce.
I packed it full with organic goodies like kale, red + yellow + green peppers, carrots, eggplants, mushrooms, fresh and dried herbs, quinoa flakes, garlic, onions, spinach and antioxidant-rich in season tomatoes!

Just to illustrate how I will use this:
MEAL 1 + 2 :
I froze half the ground meat mixture (ground beef + pork, onions, kale, eggs, quinoa flakes, crackers, garlic, seasoning) and then separated it again and saved it for hamburgers and American chili for different days. It's so great because it's already full of flavor that all I have to do is just thaw it and it will add so much depth to any dish too!
MEAL 3 + 4:
With the other half of the ground meat mixture, I rolled it up into meatballs and cooked it in the veggie-packed tomato sauce.
I served a quarter of it over ravioli w a quick fruit salad for dinner tonight.
Whatever leftovers from tonight's dinner is an easy lunch for us tomorrow!
MEAL 5 + 6 (+7 ish):
Then I mashed the rest of the meatballs into the sauce, roasted some eggplants, peppers and garlic, made a quick spinach bechamel sauce and layered it into moussaka-lasagnas. I made three portions : one for dinner tomorrow night w a green salad, one to freeze for a day I don't feel like cooking, and another for a friend!
MEAL 8:
I froze the leftover ragu that I will either defrost for a quick pasta dinner or use as a base for homemade pizza night or spread over a sub and top w cheese and grill for a yummy sandwich!
That's 8 meals in one cooking session! Woohoo! 🙌

おもてなし鶏むね肉料理4選
各2人分
〔ガーリックチーズチキン〕
材料:
鶏むね肉 300g
にんにく(みじん切り) 1片
パルメザンチーズ 大さじ1
ピザ用チーズ 30g
じゃがいも 40g
ドライパセリ 適量
塩 少々
粗びき黒コショウ 少々
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
作り方:
1.オーブンを200℃に予熱しておく。
2.天板に、半分に折り目を付けたクッキングシートを敷く。鶏むね肉にフォークで数カ所穴をあける。
3.クッキングシートの折り目の上部に、スライス切りにしたじゃがいもをのせ、塩、粗びき黒コショウをふる。
4.じゃがいもの上に鶏むね肉、にんにく、パルメザンチーズ、ピザ用チーズをのせ、塩、粗挽き黒コショウをしっかりめにふり、オリーブオイルをまわしかける。
5.クッキングシートを上に折り、端から扇型になるように折りたたんでいく。
6.200℃のオーブンで20〜30分焼いたら、完成!
〔照り焼きチキン〕
材料:
鶏むね肉 300g
Aしょうゆ 大さじ4
Aみりん 大さじ3
A酒 大さじ3
玉ねぎ(スライス切り) 40g
片栗粉 小さじ1
白ねぎ(白髪ねぎ切り) 10g
糸唐辛子 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンを200℃に予熱しておく。
2.天板に、半分に折り目を付けたクッキングシートを敷く。鶏むね肉はフォークで数カ所穴をあけ、片栗粉をまぶす。
3.保存袋にA、鶏むね肉を入れ、冷蔵庫に入れて漬け込む。
4.クッキングシートの折り目の上部に、玉ねぎ、漬け込んだ鶏むね肉をのせる。
5.クッキングシートを上に折り、端から扇型になるように折りたたんでいく。
6.200℃のオーブンで20〜30分焼く。
7.白ねぎ、糸唐辛子をのせたら、完成!
〔メキシカンスパイシーチキン〕
材料:
鶏むね肉 300g
Aチリパウダー 大さじ1
Aガーリックパウダー 小さじ1/2
Aクミンパウダー 小さじ½
塩 少々
粗挽き黒コショウ 少々
赤パプリカ(細切り) 20g
黄パプリカ (細切り)20g
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
パクチー 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンを200℃に予熱しておく。
2.天板に、半分に折り目を付けたクッキングシートを敷く。鶏むね肉にフォークで数カ所穴をあけ、Aを全体にまぶす。
3.クッキングシートの折り目の上部に、赤パプリカ、黄パプリカをのせ、塩、粗びき黒コショウをふる。
4.パプリカの上に鶏むね肉、塩、粗挽き黒コショウをしっかりとふり、オリーブオイルをまわしかける。
5.クッキングシートを上に折り、端から扇型になるように折りたたんでいく。
6.200℃のオーブンで20〜30分焼き、パクチーをのせたら、完成!
〔韓国風チキン〕
材料:
鶏むね肉 300g
Aコチュジャン 大さじ2
Aしょうゆ 大さじ1
A酒 大さじ1
A砂糖 大さじ1
A白すりごま 小さじ1
Aごま油 大さじ2
玉ねぎ(スライス切り) 40g
青ねぎ(小口切り) 適量
白いりごま 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンを200℃に予熱しておく。
2.天板に、半分に折り目を付けたクッキングシートを敷く。鶏むね肉にフォークで数カ所穴をあける。
3.保存袋にA、鶏むね肉を入れ、冷蔵庫に入れて漬け込む。
4.クッキングシートの折り目の上部に、玉ねぎ、漬け込んだ鶏むね肉をのせる。
5.クッキングシートを上に折り、端から扇型になるように折りたたんでいく。
6.200℃のオーブンで20〜30分焼く。
7.白いりごま、青ねぎをちらしたら、完成!
Parchment Paper! Easy Chicken Dishes 4 ways
Servings: 2
Garlic Cheese Chicken
INGREDIENTS
300g Chicken breast
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
30g Pizza cheese
40g Potato
Dried parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive oil
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Fold a parchment paper sheet in half, open and place flat on a cooking sheet. Make a few holes in the chicken breast with a fork.
3. Sliced the potato and place the slices on top of the parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
4. Place chicken breast, garlic, parmesan cheese, and pizza cheese on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

A 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
A 3 tablespoons Mirin
A 3 tablespoons Sake
40g Onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon Potato starch
10g Spring onion
Ito togarashi (to top)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Fold a parchment paper sheet in half, open and place flat on a cooking sheet. Make a few holes in the chicken breast with a fork and sprinkle with potato starch.
3. Put A ingredients and chicken breast in a ziplock bag, put it in the refrigerator to marinate.

This is my favorite Low-Carb recipe 😉
Perfect for snack time, too.
FYI: Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. People say it has strong smell and bitter taste, but give it a try! It tastes pretty good, super healthy and nutritious! It helps prevent clot formation and reduce blood pressure. It may benefit weight loss and offer protection against cancer. Better to love it 👍 Yes it is totally not a food to take it out with you. Something you want to enjoy at home! BTW, once there was Natto with no smell but I don't see it anymore. Maybe people thought they don't want to spend extra budget on it?!

Natto Pizza (Low-Carb Diet Recipe)
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 10min
Number of servings: 1~2
Ingredients:
1 big Aburaage (deep-fried Tofu)
1 packages Natto
pizza cheese
chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Mix Natto, Natto sauce, Karashi (Japanese mustard) if you like.
2. Wash Aburaage with running water (to remove excess oil), drain well, and cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Place Natto and cheese. Bake in the oven until crisp brown. Sprinkle with chopped green onion to finish.
*You can top with shredded Nori sheet and/or Shichimi. You can arrange this in the way you like 😉
