Pihak Pengurusan Pusat Dagangan Dunia Putra (PWTC) telah dimaklumkan bahawa terdapat beberapa pihak yang menjual ruang acara bagi pameran Mood Republik 2020 di PWTC.
Kami ingin menjelaskan bahawa pihak kami setakat ini TIDAK MENERIMA TEMPAHAN RUANG ACARA UNTUK PAMERAN MOOD REPUBLIK 2020 dan tidak berurusan dengan pihak Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd iaitu penganjur pameran Mood Republik sejak May 2019.
Pihak pengurusan PWTC dengan ini memberi notis bahawa sebarang urusan berkaitan pameran Mood Republik 2020 termasuk tempahan untuk gerai adalah tanggungjawab penuh Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd.
Semua liabiliti undang-undang daripada mana-mana pertikaian berpunca atau berkaitan dengan pameran Mood Republik 2020 adalah ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd dan pihak PWTC tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya timbul sebarang masalah yang dialami oleh mana-mana pihak berkaitan dengan penganjuran pameran Mood Republik 2020
The management of Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) have been informed that there are parties selling event space for the Mood Republik 2020 Exhibition at PWTC.
We would like to clarify that so far, we have not received any bookings of event space for the MOOD REPUBLIK 2020 event and have not dealt with Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd, the organizer of the Mood Republik Exhibition since May 2019.
The management of PWTC hereby gives notice that any matter relating to the Mood Republik 2020 exhibition including booking for the booth is the sole responsibility of Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd.
All legal liabilities arising out of any dispute or relating to the Mood Republik 2020 exhibition is the sole responsibility of Mood Great Ideas Sdn Bhd and the management of PWTC shall not be liable for any matters related thereto or in respect of any losses arising out of or acts of any party in connection with the organization of the Mood Republik Exhibition 2020.
