很多時候, 我們在下榻飯店時, 第一時間跟酒店反應的東西, 他們或許都沒有讓你覺得［我在乎］，而只是把它當成工作在處理，專業之餘就少了點那麼溫度。

這次下榻 EDITION 除了門房跟前台甚至到餐廳，服務都非常好（可能是紐約一代服務最好的酒店），隨時叫得出我的名字外，我一進來，我就問了一樣的問題，怎麼沒有人工皮草毛毯在床上？
因為這應該是EDITION的招牌，但是當我發現，去年疫情開始到現在，他們可能因為疫情關係移除了非必要的接觸品，包括MINI BAR或菜單跟介紹，都盡量改用電子線上，因此我也只說了句：好遺憾，我很想買。後頭我就沒再提過這件事情。
過了兩天，今天中午突然打給我，跟我說：我們把幾條清理出來，找了一條品質狀況最好的，清潔消毒好了，請問今天我們方便幾點進去打掃並且擺上？
我很高興的說：太好了，那我能買嗎？
他說：這條就是準備直接帶走的。很抱歉等了兩天才有TIMES SQUARE FAUX FUR THROW <3
