After exploring two fitness corners in Rivervale, the third episode of WORTH THE FIT Season 3 by Sengkang East CSC reveals a secret alley nestled between two blocks in the neighbourhood.
In this hidden alley, mah babe @clairejedrek shows us what are some of the running workouts you can do - 100m sprints with drills, shuttle run and even exciting tag team sprints you can do with a buddy!

fitness mateのトレーニングは負荷を高くしてるので、最後までできなくても全然大丈夫です!
最後までできなくても十分効果があります^_^
トレーニング時間が長い程、脂肪燃焼効果は高くなります。
(数分で終わるHIITは、短時間でも脂肪燃焼効果は十分あります!)
時間がない時は短い動画、時間がある時は少し長めの動画と使い分けてみてください。
筋肉は新しい刺激が大好きです。同じ動画をする事でも十分効果はありますが、たまに違う動画を使う事で、新しい刺激に筋肉が喜んで、どんどん筋肉が変わってくれます。(筋肉が喜ぶ=脂肪燃焼効果が上がる)

Before learning how to kick up into handstand in the middle of the room… do remember, safety first!
So start by practising with a wall, knowing the feeling of being upside down and most importantly, being able to breathe when you’re inverted.
This tutorial will teach you how to warm up your wrists, shoulders and core for all the safety reasons, then learning how to do a supported handstand to build upper body strength.
