今次第二次在亞洲錦標賽取得銀牌，自己已經非常滿意，過去數月因為壓力而打不出應有的水準，與教練檢討和作出調節之後，今次成績可以比我作為下月世錦賽的強心針，其實比賽心態真的很重要，特別感謝教練Greg為我提高信心，不但在技戰術上有提升，更教我學懂享受比賽，希望世錦賽可以再有更好成績。Thank you for the support from all of you, so excited to be on the podium again . Gonna take some rest then back Hong Kong for the coming world championships.

不經不覺已於倫敦訓練了一個星期，能夠在不同環境，同唔同既劍手訓練，狀態提升不少，多謝康教練和體院的安排和支持。
今個周末就會到意大利都靈出戰大獎賽，希望今次倫敦既賽前訓練成果可大派用場。
I have been training in London for a week as a preparation for the Torino Grand Prix. It is so great to train in London with different fencers. Thanks for the always support and training arrangement by the head coach and HKSI. Can’t wait to fence in Torino 🇮🇹.
