母乳媽媽地雷食物
哺乳之路不易走,好不容易才成功追到奶量,一不小心吃了有退奶作用的食物真是欲哭無淚!作為母乳媽媽定必有上網搜尋過「發奶食物」及「退奶食物」,然後發現「發奶食物」一大堆,例如魚湯、豆漿、花生豬腳、黑豆、木瓜、金針菜等等,甚至有珍珠奶茶!其實每人體質不同,對食物也會有不同反應,而且情緒對母乳分泌也有影響,中醫理論認為「婦人乳汁,氣血所化」,母乳由氣血而化生,氣血充盈自然能上奶,哺乳媽媽不妨做飲食記錄,看看哪些是屬於你的發奶/回奶食物。而以下五種食物,回奶作用較為顯著,哺乳媽媽要小心食用。
回奶食物:
麥芽、韭菜、乳鴿、豬肝、淡豆豉(中藥,與入廚用的豆豉不相同)
- 食用份量亦很關鍵,一般大劑量才會有明顯效果,如果誤吃幾口也不用擔心,有疑問宜諮詢註冊中醫師。
容易導致塞奶食物:
豬手、雞腳、滴雞精、花膠等
- 此類食物膠質比較重,容易令母乳變濃稠而導致乳腺堵塞。

What should breastfeeding moms avoid eating
Breastfeeding is not easy. A mother might spend some time producing a consistent amount of milk, but the moment she accidentally consumes food that might decrease the milk flow, all her efforts are wasted!
Breastfeeding moms may search for ‘foods that boost milk production’ and ‘foods that decrease breast milk supply’ on the Internet, and they might read about milk-boosting foods such as fish soup, soymilk, braised pig trotter with peanut, black bean, papaya, citron daylily, and even bubble milk tea!
Since everyone has different body constitutions, every individual will react to foods differently. Emotions can also affect the production of breast milk. Chinese Medicine theories believed that qi and blood can affect the production of a woman’s milk.
With an abundance of qi and blood, milk production will increase. Hence, it is vital for breastfeeding moms to keep track of their diets, and check if the types of food taken can increase or decrease the milk supply.
Here are five types of foods that can reduce the milk production, so breastfeeding moms, please take note.
Foods that can decrease milk supply:
- malt, chives, squab, pork liver, and light fermented soy bean (which is a type of Chinese Medicine; different from the fermented bean used in regular cooking)
- eating a large amount of the ingredients above would have an impact on the milk production, but having them in a small quantity is still acceptable. Do consult licensed and registered Chinese physicians to learn more.
Foods that can easily clog the milk duct:
- pig trotter, chicken feet, chicken essence, and fish maw
- these ingredients can thicken the breast milk and clog the milk duct.

1.นำเนื้อคอหมูย่างมาหมักกับเครื่องปรุงต่างๆ
ขยำให้เข้ากันประมาณ 10-15 นาทีหมักทิ้งไว้อีก 1 ชั่วโมง
2.นำมาย่างด้วยไฟอ่อน ย่างจนสุกดี
แล้วหั่นเป็นชิ้นหนาพอดีๆ จัดใส่จานไว้
🍴วิธีทำสะเด็ดคอหมูย่าง🍳
1.ใส่พริกป่น พริกขี้หนูตำหยาบ
น้ำมะนาวและน้ำปลาคนผสมให้เข้ากัน ชิมรสตามชอบ
2.ใส่หอมแดงซอย ต้นหอมซอยและผักชีฝรั่งซอย
เคล้าผสมให้เข้ากันตักใส่จาน ราดทับหน้าคอหมูย่าง
แต่งหน้าด้วยใบสาระแหน่

Grilled pork neck beef 1 kg
3 tbsp white soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt.
3 tbsp condensed milk
A mix of waterfalls 🍳
Rough rat poop chili (as you like)
Rough minced garlic (as you like)
1 tbsp rough ground pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
Red onion, Soi 2-3
1 onions.
Parsley 1 trees.
Sara leaves (make up)
How to make grilled pork neck 🍳
1. Bring grilled pork neck meat to marinate with various ingredients.

胡椒粉 1/8tsp Ground White Pepper
水 100ml Water
油 4tbsp Cooking Oil
1.鯪魚洗淨切去不要的部分後切件
2.加入鹽,適量五香粉及胡椒粉拌勻
3.蒜頭及薑去皮切成蓉備用
4.預熱油鍋,加入魚件炸至乾身後盛起備用
5.混合生抽,老抽,砂糖,雞粉,1/8tsp胡椒粉及1/8tsp五香粉
6.炒香豆豉及薑蒜蓉,加入調味料以小火炒勻
7.加入水煮勻後熄火
8.魚件淋上調味醬汁及油包上錫紙,中小火蒸煮2小時,完成

Quick Miso Pickled Vegetables (Immune-Boosting Everyday Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
200g (7oz.) Miso (Awasemiso)
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. milk/soy milk
((Vegetables I used))
cucumber (partially peeled)
Daikon radish
carrot
sugar snap peas (2min parboiled)
avocado slices
grape tomatoes
boiled eggs
((Other Ingredients Recommended))
celery
radish
asparagus
renkon (lotus root)
Tofu (drained)
cooked meat
cooked fish
etc...
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix Miso, sugar, and milk/soy milk very well.
2. Place half of the Miso mixture in a flat container with a lid or without a lid is okay. Place the prepared vegetables.
3. Place another half of the Miso mixture then cover with a lid or plastic wrap is okay. Leave for 30 minutes.
Scrape off Miso then serve in a dish. You don't want to leave more than 30 minutes or too much water comes out from the ingredients. Use the leftover Miso for other Miso dishes.

吐司新吃法! / 鹹甜鬆軟 /超乎你想像的新奇口感!
材料:
厚片吐司 1片 thick sliced bread
豆腐乳 適量 fermented bean curd
蛋 5顆 egg 5
牛奶 150cc milk
作法:
1. 將蛋與牛奶打成蛋液。
2. 厚片土司均勻抹上豆腐乳,再浸泡牛奶蛋液約30分鐘。
3. 將吸飽蛋液的吐司放入氣炸鍋中,設定170℃氣炸約10鐘。
4. 起鍋後撒上細糖即可。
腐乳炸雞
酥香多汁難抵擋! 酥脆無油零負擔
材料:
雞腿肉 400公克 chicken thigh 400g
地瓜粉 適量 tapioca starch
醃肉材料:
蒜泥 20公克 garlic puree 20g
豆腐乳 40公克 fermented bean curd 40g
醬油膏 1大匙 thick soy sauce 1tbsp
糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp
米酒 1大匙 cooking rice wine 1tbsp
作法:
1. 雞腿肉切成小塊,與醃料抓勻醃製至少30分鐘。(醃過夜更入味!)
2. 再將醃漬好的肉塊均勻沾滿地瓜粉,表面刷上少許油。
3. 放入氣炸鍋中,設定180℃氣炸約10鐘。
4. 完成後即可食用。
腐乳燒肉
減油80%把油都逼出 /炸雞也能很健康
材料:
豬五花肉 500公克 pork belly 500g
豆腐乳 30公克 fermented bean curd 30g
紅麴醬 30公克 red yeast sauce
醬油 1大匙 soy sauce 1tbsp
糖 2大匙 sugar 2tbsp
作法:
1. 將醃料抓勻並與五花肉醃漬至少30分鐘。(醃過夜更入味!)
2. 把醃漬好的豬五花肉放入氣炸鍋炸籃中,設定180℃氣炸約15鐘。
3. 起鍋後可依個人喜好搭配蒜泥醋食用即可。
腐乳鮭魚
無油煙炸出完美魚片!
材料:
鮭魚 2片(600公克) salmon 600g
檸檬 1顆 lemon 1
醃魚材料:
豆腐乳 30公克 fermented bean curd 30g
米酒 1大匙 cooking rice wine 1tbsp
糖 2茶匙 sugar 2tsp
醬油 1大匙 soy sauce 1tbsp
作法:
1. 將醃魚材料抓勻並與魚醃漬至少30分鐘。(海鮮類不宜醃製太久)
2. 再將醃漬好的鮭魚放入氣炸鍋內,設定180℃氣炸約15鐘。
3. 起鍋後擠上檸檬即可。
腐乳香菇
口感清爽完全不油! 軟嫩更多汁!
材料:
鮮香菇 200公克 shiitake mushroom 200g
地瓜粉 適量 tapioca starch
香菜 適量 coriander
醃漬材料:
蒜泥 40公克 garlic puree 40g
糖 1茶匙 sugar 1tsp
醬油 1大匙 soy sauce 1tbsp
米酒 1大匙cooking rice wine 1tbsp
作法:
1. 香菇與醃漬材料均勻攪拌至吸飽醬汁。
2. 把醃漬好的香菇均勻裹上地瓜粉,放入氣炸鍋內待表面的粉略為反潮。
3. 香菇表面上刷上少許油,設定200℃氣炸約8鐘。
4. 起鍋後可依個人喜好撒上香菜碎搭配食用即可。
腐乳排骨酥
氣旋科技酥炸不含油
材料:
排骨 600公克 pork ribs 600g
地瓜粉 tapioca starch
醃肉材料:
蒜泥 50公克 garlic puree 50g
豆腐乳 40公克 fermented bean curd 40g
米酒 1大匙 cooking rice wine 1tbsp
辣椒粉 1大匙 chili powder 1tbsp
鹽 1/2茶匙 salt 1/2 tsp
糖 1大匙 sugar 1tbsp
作法:
1. 將醃料抓勻並與排骨醃漬至少30分鐘。(醃過夜更入味!)
2. 再將醃漬好的肉塊均勻沾滿地瓜粉,放入氣炸鍋內,待排骨反潮,表面再刷上少許油,設定170℃氣炸約20鐘。
3. 起鍋後可依個人喜好撒上蒜末、辣椒圈與蔥花一起食用。
