💁🏻 40週4天 🏋🏻♀️ 懷孕期間當然也要保持運動,適量的瑜珈和拉筋幫助很多。我是從38週開始晚上睡覺時不太舒服之外,一直都覺得很👌🏻 ,記得懷孕也不要懶惰啊,當然按自己能力去做啦!
💁🏻 40 weeks 4 days 🏋🏻♀️ I have been keeping myself active throughout the pregnancy , gentle yoga and stretching really helps a lot. I only start to feel uncomfortable to sleep around 38 weeks pregnant , keep active but of course depends how's your body feel.
