神級叉燒飯🐽($240HKD) 好貴好貴好貴,但真心好食到暈😭❤️ 本來看見它只有四塊叉燒,覺得被搵笨... 但食完之後,結論是:我會心甘情願比這個價錢再食一次😳 西班牙黑豚肉叉燒、日本有機煎蛋、山形大米蔥油飯配古方秘製陳年醬油。Take my money。
另外還叫了 咕嚕肉 ($220HKD) 和 乾炒安格斯牛河 ($160HKD)。兩個都出色!特別覺得牛河鑊氣十足👍🏼
Located inside @rosewoodhongkong in #TsimShaTsui, this hotel F&B outlet simultaneously serves a melange of Western & Oriental cuisine🥢 First of all, food and customer service was spectacular🤩 Dim sum is served 24/7! We decided to stick with Chinese food that day cuz we didn’t feel like mixing burgers with potstickers - but that can be an option if you’re feeling adventurous!
Premium CharSiu Rice🐽($240HKD) Ok, this was super expensive. Conclusion? I would willingly pay to eat this crazily delicious dish again😭❤️ I initially felt ripped-off when I saw the portions - 4pcs of charsiu only. But the flavours were amazing🤤 Iberico BBQ Pork, Organic Japanese Fried Egg, Japanese Rice with Aged Soy Sauce. Food is why I’m broke.
Also ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork ($220HKD) & Wok-fried Flat Rice Noodles ($160HKD). Rice noodles were stir-fried to perfection with Black Angus beef!

Pic 1-while soaking. Pic 2 - noodles are ready. Pic 3 - my noodles recommendations if you’re in Holland. How to prepare noodles! Here in Europe we don’t have that advantage of getting fresh noodles easily so the dried ones are the best form of noodles to use as I would recommend for my recipes.
Apart from it’s good as you can keep it long in your kitchen cupboard I also like it as I prefer my noodles to be a bit #aldante but many people still got it wrong how to prepare the dried noodles. All you need to do is bring enough water to the boil then turn the heat off and put in your noodles and leave them fully soaked for 8 minutes only.
Most people still let the heat running and boil them like spaghetti which is wrong. As soon as 8 minutes is up, run the noodles with the cold water right away to kill of the heat from still cooking the noodles. If you want to cook the noodles later then you can pour a splash of vegetable oil to keep them from sticking otherwise you can cook the noodles right away. While soaking the flat rice noodles I will advise to stir with fork or tong as the noodles can easily stick to each other.

Shrimp or Prawn with Lobster Sauce is a rather popular dish in the United States. Although we don't really have this dish in Singapore with the exact same name, we do have somewhat similar dish - usually cooked with egg tofu or with kway teow (flat rice noodles). Thanks to one of our viewers, we decided to show you how Roland cooked this dish at home.

250g of prawns
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 bowl of ice water

6 slices of young ginger
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Prawn heads
750ml of water
1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
1 beaten egg
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

Serves 12 - 15 pax
3 pieces of cinnamon bark
3 pieces of star anise
1 tablespoons of white peppercorn
1 teaspoon of cloves
2 bulbs of garlic w/ skin on
3 - 4 pcs of angelica roots
1 pig stomach
1 pc of pork belly
1 - 2 pcs of pig skin
Some large intestines
Some small intestines
20g of rock sugar
3 cups of Chinese white rice wine
1 cup of low sodium light soy sauce
1 cup of premium dark soy sauce
Top the pot up with enough water to cover the ingredients
Other ingredients: tofu puffs, firm tofu, hard boiled eggs
Flat rice noodles
To make crispy garlic

1 bulb of garlic - minced
Some cooking wine
To make chilli
- makes a ton so please reduce accordingly if you don't need so much

300g of fresh red chilli
10 pcs of chilli padi
20g of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
90ml of water
