It's a Friday night and usually we will be out playing and having fun. But today, there is nothing else I wish to do other than to pay our respects again and pen our tribute in the condolence book at Tampines, the place where I lived for the first 20 years of my life.
Angel made a flower for Mr Lee and wrote "Thank you, Mr Lee for giving me a home." I think that tells a lot and I am glad she is starting to understand why Singaporeans are so proud, and blessed, to have him as our founding father.
Thanks to the priority queue and the patience from the volunteers, the girls and I were given ample time to say thanks and bid farewell.
