Detergents at the ready! Nope! Not for housekeeping but for keeping fit! 💪

Since we launched @3f.energy Power Plans back in March, we’ve literally been inundated with requests for a gym-free home-based workout guide. Here’s the secret 🤫 - we have been working on it for the past 6 months but the launch has been pushed back again and again due to @rescusg’s busy schedule. My sincerest apologies, belles and beaus! 🙈

Thank you for all the messages and support for our fitness and nutrition plans, I’m happy to report that it’s almost here!
