Resepi Roti Canai Gebu Persis Kedai Mamak
Bahan-bahan
1 sudu besar gula*
1 sudu besar susu pekat*
1 sudu besar planta* (cairkan dalam kuali)
1 sudu kecil KFC garam*
1 cawan air sejuk dari peti*
4 cawan gandum
Cara penyediaan:
1. Sebatikan semua bahan bertanda untuk bagi gula larut.
2. Kemudian, masukkan gandum sedikit-sedikit sambil uli.
3. Uli sehingga doh jadi licin. Kemudian bulatkan mengikut saiz yang dimahukan. Agak-agak sahaja.
Tips: Pemilik resipi buat dapat 10 biji. Mahu lebih besar, boleh buat 8 biji sahaja.
4. Kemudian, sapu minyak. Sebenarnya minyak tersebut sedikit sahaja, tapi apabila sudah tengelam roti tersebut nampak macam banyak.

5. Dalam 3-4 jam sudah boleh goreng. Semasa tebar dengan goreng minyak sudah tidak perlu guna banyak sangat.

Ingredients
1 tablespoons of sugar *
1 tablespoons of condensed milk *
1 tablespoons of planta * (put it in the pan)
