今天的有機午餐一定要提的是，那個蕃薯，平常覺得蕃薯普通到一個不行，今天主廚做的這個居然有讓我覺得很驚訝，甜甜的非常好吃，可是又不像是加了糖的感覺，跑去問主廚，原來她加了一種叫【甜菜糖漿】的東西，第一次聽（看得出來很少進廚房）耶！突然愛上蕃薯，嘻嘻～

Today's organic lunch must mention the sweet potato! Usually sweet potato is just too simple for me but the one I had today was actually quite surprising. It was sweet and delicious, but it was not like adding normal sugar in it. I ran to ask the chef. She added something called 【Beet Syrup】! Suddenly falling in love with sweet potatoes, heheeee~

When people ask me what my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong is, I have a nearly impossible time answering. To be honest, I prefer simple, good value, comfort food over most other places, which is why I've been loving Chautari Restaurant lately (how did I only discover this place a few months ago?!) 😍 😋
Serving up insanely good Indian food inside a cooked food centre that shares the dining space with three other restaurants, expect great vibes, deliciously inexpensive food, and - perhaps best of all - you can bring your own drinks with no corkage fee! 🍴🍷 #foodieheaven
