夏灣拿 Havana│拉丁美洲限定。最好吃的Malanga
Malanga，一種像芋頭的食材，生長在拉丁美洲。在資源缺乏的古巴，malanga是常見的菜餚，一般是油炸的。這家California Cafe的malanga是我在夏灣拿，吃過最好吃的！好吃到第二天特地再來只為了malanga 😍 雖然是油炸的，但沒有油秏味，炸得剛剛好，外脆內軟，很想念啊~
很多我們常吃的食材，在古巴都變得很難找，如馬鈴薯。對！我想吃超普通的炸薯條，居然找不到！最後在這裡找到炸蕃薯條，意外地味道很像馬鈴薯！還有一道讓我們喜出望外的菜餚 - Arroz Primavera，它其實是炒飯配大蕉片。它是濕濕的那種炒飯，像意大利燉飯 (我超愛)，而且主廚很會用香料喔，太喜歡了！
最後，超級推薦這裡的果汁，使用超多果肉，喝起來既濃郁又新鮮！對了，忘記說這裡其實是葷食店，但很多素食選擇，而且水準非常高呢！

Malanga, a taro-like ingredient, grows in Latin America. In Cuba, where resources are scarce, malanga is a common dish, usually deep-fried. This California Cafe’s malanga was the best I’ve ever had in Havana! It was too delicious that we even came back the next day, just came for malanga 😍 Although it is deep-fried, there is no oily taste, fried very well, crispy outside and soft inside, I miss it ~
Many of the ingredients we often have become difficult to find in Cuba, such as potatoes. YES! I want to have super ordinary French Fries, but I can't find it! Finally, I found fried potato chips here, which unexpectedly tasted like potatoes! There is another dish that makes us overjoyed - Arroz Primavera, which is actually fried rice with plantain chips. It's a kind of wet fried rice, like risotto (my fav.), and the chef knows how to use spices very much, I love it!
Finally, I highly recommend the fruit juice here, use a lot of fruit flesh, it tastes rich and fresh! By the way, forget to say that this is actually a meat restaurant, but there are many veg options with high quality!
