Nhiều bố mẹ hay hỏi gia đình Dứa sao con mọc răng mà trộm vía có thể ăn khoẻ như hiện tại. Thật ra là bố mẹ có 1 bí kíp "đường dài" đó nha. Gia đình đã tập cho Dứa ăn và trang bị chế độ dinh dưỡng hợp lý ngay từ giai đoạn ăn dặm của Dứa luôn.

Hồi đó, biết ăn dặm là thời điểm quan trọng cho sự phát triển của con nên cả bố cả mẹ cứ đắn đo mãi, bị “loạn cào cào” vì có quá nhiều phương pháp ăn dặm, không biết nên lựa chọn phương pháp ăn và loại bột ăn dặm nào cho phù hợp. Nào là ăn dặm kiểu Nhật, ăn dặm chỉ huy, rồi thì ăn dặm truyền thống. Cuối cùng bố mẹ quyết định... chọn lọc từ cả ba phương pháp! Đồng thời lựa chọn bột ăn dặm của Friso cho Dứa dùng.

Bột ăn dặm Friso “thần thánh”, có vị gạo sữa thơm phức nên con kết ngay từ muỗng đầu tiên hehe Một phần có lẽ cũng vì bột ăn dặm Friso này có vị gần giống với sữa mẹ nên Dứa cũng dễ thích nghi hơn, bố phát hiện khi con dùng bột này con dễ tiêu hoá dễ dàng và ít bị táo bón hơn nữa.

Nói chung là thời gian đầu trộm vía con vừa ăn sữa mẹ, vừa ăn cả bột ăn dặm kết hợp với rau và thịt cá thái nhỏ... Thế nên bố mẹ cũng khá tự tin là con được bổ sung đủ chất, lại luyện được kỹ năng ăn thô cho con đúng tiêu chuẩn! Hehee

P/s: Các bố mẹ nào kịp quay/chụp khoảnh khắc muỗng ăn dặm đầu tiên của con thì nhớ “rình” để ghi lại, đừng để bị lỡ mất như nhà mình uổng lắm.
