Can you believe that I cooked this Thai Basil Pork Rice with Thai Fish Cakes in 20 minutes?!?! Me neither. I’m really so so happy to have found @kitchenhands_sg! I seriously love their meal kits - everything is neatly packed and labelled, and each kit comes with clear and concise instructions on how to prepare the dish. Who would have thought that I could make a grilled beef burrito, and butter chicken with rice all under 20 minutes? INSANE. And the best part? There’s no prep, no cutting of ingredients or portioning, and clean up is extremely minimal. You can also adjust the levels of spiciness/ saltiness etc according to your preference. And the meals are actually really delicious and filling??? Considering how much I usually spend on lacklustre food in the hood, the yummy meal kits are really a huge steal. I’ve already placed orders for the next two weeks. Can’t wait to dive into the prawn risotto and salmon papillote!!!
