It has been 12 months since TWINS shoot together on a wedding actual day! Thanks, Tian Lai & Belindle for making this happened!
We couldn’t be more happy to see Belindle again, as she is the sister of Alice (our previous client) And yesterday was her wedding day! We also glad to see Alice and Daniel having an 8 months old baby. Looking on how our previous client family growing has never been so magical.
Tian Lai & Belindle was such a great couple, being funny and energetic, we couldn’t stop capturing their candid and fun poses towards each other. Not forget the ‘war game’ during the gate crushing session between the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and how they interact with each other simply made our day.
Working with my twin brother again has never been so smooth and easy, just like the good old days when we first started up. Simply because he is the most trusted one, the one who knows everything I need throughout the hectic wedding day.
Last but not least, we wish to send our utmost appreciation towards Tian Lai & Belindle, who always been so caring for the entire day. Wish your love stories continue to shine, until the very end of your joyful life.

When and how did you get started in cosplay?
My first cosplay was done in October 2012. I wanted to try it after I saw cosplayers at conventions.
What was your first cosplay?
Shirakiin Ririchiyo from Inu x Boku SS
What was the most difficult character?
The most difficult cosplay was Purple Heart from Hyperdimension Neptunia because of all the props I had to make.
What characters are you planning for the future and type of character are you drawn to?
I’m planning four from Kantai Collection, more Yazawa Nico outfits and two other Touhou Project characters right now. At first I’m drawn to characters with unique design elements, but it mostly depends on their personality and whether I can relate to certain aspects of it.
What is your process when starting from the beginning with a new cosplay?
Researching details and budgeting costs before buying everything, then wig styling and finally rewatching certain scenes or finding reference photos for poses.
Are there any helpful hints in sewing, costume design or any other aspects of your cosplay that you discovered in doing your creations?
Staplers, hot glue and double sided tape are the best last minute fixes for everything!
Do you have a preferred brand of makeup in your cosplay? And if so why?
I really like Majolica Majorca liquid eyeliner, Bling Bling Eye Stick by Etude House, Jill Stuart’s Mix Blush compact and Jelly Lipgloss because they tend to last for a long time especially for conventions. I use different brands of eyeshadow and eyelashes depending on the character’s look.
What are you listening to?
Rain – Motohiro Hata
Favourite movies?
The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit series, Harry Potter series, The Fast and Furious franchise.
Favourite animes?
Nodame Cantabile series, Sakamoto no Apollon, Great Teacher Onizuka, Magi and White Album 2.
Favourite TV Shows?
American Dad, Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory and Fresh off the Boat.
Is there a scene from an anime, cartoon, movie or TV show that left a big impression on you and what was it?
Yosuga no Sora episode 11, HAH.
Books?
Same as the movies listed above, and the Eragon series.
Games?
Guild Wars 2, GTA V, (waiting to play) The Witcher 3.
Beverage?
Coffee!
Fast food/junk food of choice?
Bubble tea and cookies.
Candy bar?
I don’t like bars, I like sour candies!
Favourite breakfast cereal?
Classic cornflakes.
Is there something not going on in the cosplay world that you would want to see or is there something you would want to change?
Cosplayers being less petty and more supportive towards each other. Conventions being cheaper!
What was your favourite toy growing up?
My cute stuffed animals that I had tea parties with.
Who is your biggest character crush and why?
Heiwajima Shizuo – he’s so big and strong and manly!
You enter a warehouse. There is little light, but you are able to find your way around. The sound of music draws you to a corner of the warehouse. There are FIVE GHOUL CLOWNS, playing a dancing video game. They have razor sharp teeth and scary weapons. Magic can not affect them; they sense your presence and turn facing you. They run to you to attack. Time to fight! What character would you want to be to defeat them and how would you handle the situation?
Isaac from Log Horizon – just cut them down quickly with a massive sword.
If you had to be chained to a character for one year, who would it be and what would you do?
I like to spend time alone so I’d choose an animal character like Chii (Chii’s Sweet Home) so they won’t complain if I am being lazy.
What’s number 1 on your bucket list?
Have a big, fancy wedding with the love of my life.
What advice would you give to people getting starting in cosplay?
Don’t be shy about asking to more experienced cosplayers for help, and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there because you’ll be more likely to have fun experiences and meet more people!
