Repost from @marcuswongyoga [Live Tomorrow] I'll be doing a Facebook Live (FB page: marcuswongyoga) + Instagram Live (@thepracticegroup) at The Practice in Central on Saturday at 4:00pm to introduce the upcoming 10-hour workshop, held on the weekend mornings of May 19/20/26/27 (9:30am-12:00noon), demo a little, answer any questions about the structure and level / requirements of the modules, and address any concerns potential applicants may have if they are interested in joining.
