材料 Ingredients (六至八個 6-8 donuts)
八十克中筋麵粉 80g plain flour
兩隻雞蛋（一百克）2 eggs (100g)
四份三茶匙砂糖 3/4tsp sugar
六份一茶匙鹽 1/6tsp salt
五十克無鹽牛油 50g unsalted butter
五十克全脂牛奶 50g whole milk
五十毫升清水 50ml water
一茶匙香草香油 1tsp vanilla essence
砂糖 sugar

五克酵母 5g yeast
半克鹽 1/2g salt
四十克提子乾 40g raisins
適量冇鹽牛油 (塗麵包面用) Unsalted butter
九十毫升清水（煑湯種用）90ml water (for making utane dough)
