I have relatively sensitive skin, so I have had many trial and errors with different products and regimes. One thing I’ve learned is the first step to having good skin is to have good blood circulation, meaning - stay active. When you sweat you are releasing toxins from your body and that’s essential for glowy skin.
I’ve taken my time to try out different products and these are some of my favorites. Remember everyone’s skin is different so what works for me might not work for you.
