Worked hard last night during badminton coaching, and have been craving desserts since, so I rewarded myself with some waffle and ice cream at my favourite dessert place - Soffle Malaysia !and was super relieved they are still around after the MCO ! Supporting all my favourite F&B places one by one go keep them going ❤

One of the things I love most about this beautiful island is the amazing scenery along the coast and in the valleys. But after 10 years, looking back at all the places in Taiwan. I realize that many of the places I used to go are no-longer available. They've been closed. I feel like Taiwan is getting smaller and smaller every year.

Taiwan is Wild
Although it might just seem like a technological and industrial manufacturing hub, 70% of Taiwan's landmass is actually lush wilderness ideal for outdoor adventure sports! It's the perfect place to go hiking, river tracing, canyoning, rock climbing, and even white water rafting.
There are also over 100 natural hot springs in Taiwan. From November to March every year, people hike up the rivers to rediscover these scenic hot springs, as most of them get covered up with shale during the typhoon season. New pools are made each year by hand, just by moving a few rocks around. And the temperature of pools is adjusted by the amount of cold water let in from the rivers. I hope next year you join in the annual hot spring season. But there's no shortage of crazy adventures you can take part in if you come in the summer instead.
