恭喜又一位「美巡賽的一天」訓練營學員「蔡雨達」拿到美國大學的高額獎學金即將在明年展開NCAA學生運動員生涯。這一年來雨達在AJGA的比賽打出許多好成績同時也很認真準備托福與SAT，並且勇敢的與教練視訊對談，還獨自到美國去進行「Official Visit」，告訴我他選了一所自己喜歡的學校！我的體能教練說雨達有非常好的身體條件，但也必需加上自己後天努力才有今天的成績與機會。2010年我簽下與華盛頓大學的承諾書，改變了我的一生。#ctpanjr
今天是各校可以正式與明年入學的選手簽約的大日子，密蘇里大學官網給予雨達非常高的評價：
“I believe this is the strongest recruiting class we've ever had," head coach Mark Leroux said. "Ross and Yu Ta are both extremely talented golfers with outstanding resumes and top rankings. In addition, they are both outstanding young men who will represent our team and this University well." Tsai, who hails from Taipei, Taiwan, is ranked No. 75 in the national Junior Golf Scoreboard rankings. Tsai's prep career was a highlighted by a Top-10 finish at the 2018 IMG Academy Junior World Championship (10th).

Tsai added a victory at the CTGA Standard Chartered Bank National Fall Ranking Tournament at the Chang Hwa Golf Club.

In 2017, he finished in the Top-15 in all three of his AJGA starts, including a T-4 finish at the Under Armour/Allison Lee Championship and a T-3 finish at the AJGA Junior at Riverwatch event. Tsai has 17 career top-10 performances.
