👾一個人也可以吃的泰式料理👾
泰式料理一般來說都要約一大群人一起坐一桌才吃得完的,前幾天在滑臉書的時候意外發現在公館的 #ChicThai
他們是我第一次看到賣定食的泰式料理,當然約了在泰國待過一陣子的朋友立馬收刀跟小編詢問定位
套餐的價格落在300內,可以說是非常的親民,我們七點半到還是高朋滿座的,而且看到很多一個人來吃飯的人及學生們的聚餐呢!
🥣綠椰汁咖哩雞 $238
椰奶的香氣超濃郁,一入口滿滿的椰奶香氣,雖然有辣椒混在裡面,淡淡的辣味但是大大的開胃。
雞肉的表現也很優秀很嫩,搭配滑順的咖哩醬超級下飯!!
🥣打拋羅勒豬 $ 228
打拋在外面為了要開胃通常都會太油或者太辣,這裡的調味很香不會過重的味道也不會太辣,如果很能吃辣的朋友可以在點餐時告知辣度要調辣一點!
🍚米的部分雖然看起來是細長的泰國米,但是卻不像在泰國的飯一樣很乾跟太硬,QQ的很好吃,
另外點套餐都會有米奇的拼盤(蝦捲or春捲及木瓜絲)還有東陽湯;春捲跟蝦捲,沾旁邊的醬酸酸甜甜的味道更豐富~
🥣春捲的皮跟我們普通吃的皮不太一樣,我們平常吃的是軟軟的,這裡的比較像米紙那種比較有韌性的口感,不過因為裡面是包很像麵線的東西,如果用我們平常吃的那種我想口感會太過於軟爛
🥣涼拌青木瓜因為我是第一次吃所以沒辦法跟別家的做比較,但是因為它裡面是有拌花生及四季豆所以吃起來多了一種口感,也不會太酸或者太辣
🥣東洋湯是友人最讚不絕口的一道,他說從泰國回來後就一直找不到這個味道,他喝完他的還強奪我得去喝勒(聳肩🤷🏻♀️

🍧摩摩喳喳 $80
這兩款我覺得喝起來的底很像或許是同一個底,雖然這個椰子味道就沒有咖哩的味道這麼重,但是料給的超級大方阿!!
我覺得跟某連鎖餐廳比起來至少有五倍的差別隨便一撈都是料
另外有在網路搜尋了一下摩摩喳喳(Bo Bo Cha Cha)指的是小東西,裡面會有多樣化的泰國特殊水果淋上椰奶及西米露,是一款味蕾層次十足的冰品
🍹泰式奶茶(冰) $70
奶茶我覺得味道有稍微改良過,稍微有點跟泰國的喝起來不太一樣,沒有這麼的甜膩,但是多了茶的味道也不差呢!
🍹香茅檸檬蝶豆花蜜茶 $100
蝶豆花基本上就是沒有什麼味道的,但是有了他才有這種漂亮的紫色飲料,店家在裡面加了薄荷及檸檬,不會太酸或者太甜,加了薄荷我覺得喝起來蠻像Mojito的，而且因為沒有香茅的味道我更愛(因為我還是不太敢吃香茅）
推薦指數有接近滿分💯
份量也非常足夠（我們還沒有吃完打包回家當宵夜呢🤣）

Something totally strange and new to my kids to try. We googled Siput Gonggong and it said Barking Snails. hahahaha.. So my kids calling them Barking Snails!
Here are the ingredients for Kum Heong:
. Loads of curry leaves
. Chopped garlics
. Cut onions
. Chili Padi (I didnt put for this video as my kids cant handle too spicy yet)
. shredded ginger
. Spring onions for garnishing
. dark soya sauce
. curry powder
. oyster sauce
. white pepper
. cooking wine - u can use any drinking wine too
