“บ้าน” สำหรับใครหลายคน ไม่ได้หมายถึงที่พักอาศัย แต่หมายถึง “คนในครอบครัว” ความหมายของการได้ “กลับบ้าน” จึงไม่ใช่แค่การกลับไปที่ที่คุ้นเคย แต่หมายถึงการกลับไปใช้เวลาอยู่กับคนในครอบครัว

ช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ เราจึงได้เห็นกรุงเทพมหานคร ตกอยู่ในบรรยากาศเงียบเหงา ปลอดรถรา เพราะช่วงเวลาสำคัญ ใคร ๆ ก็อยากกลับไปใช้เวลากับคนในครอบครัว
“กลับบ้าน” จึงเป็นที่มาของแคมเปญ “ตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทยชวนกลับบ้าน” ที่ “มหาคุณ เทพสุทิน” ผู้ก่อตั้ง และกรรมการผู้จัดการร้านตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทย จัดขึ้นในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ เพื่อตอบแทนพนักงานร้านตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทย ทุกคน ที่ทำงานอย่างขันแข็งตลอด 365 วัน และเสียสละเวลาที่จะได้อยู่กับครอบครัว โดยให้พนักงานเขียนเล่าความรู้สึก ว่าการได้อยู่กับครอบครัวสำคัญกับชีวิตขนาดไหน พนักงานที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจะได้กลับบ้านในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์

“พนักงานหน้าร้านมีวันหยุดงานตามกฎหมายแรงงาน สัปดาห์ละ 1-2 วัน แต่ในช่วงเทศกาลสำคัญ เราอยากให้พนักงานของเรามีโอกาสได้ไปใช้เวลากับครอบครัว จึงได้จัดแคมเปญ “ตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทยชวนกลับบ้าน” ซึ่งจุดประสงค์ของเรา ไม่ได้คิดถึงแค่พนักงานที่เราดูแลเท่านั้น แต่ตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทย ต้องการบอกกับทุกคนว่า ช่วงเวลาที่ได้กลับไปอยู่กับครอบครัวเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญและมีค่า บางคนอาจจะหลงลืมไป แต่คนที่อยู่ที่บ้านต่างเฝ้ารอเวลาที่จะได้เจอหน้าและทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน” ผู้ก่อตั้ง และกรรมการผู้จัดการร้านตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทย กล่าว

ครั้งนี้ “หมอออย - สุรชัย ไชยลังการ” แพทย์แผนไทยประจำร้านตำรับไทย สมุนไพรไทย ซึ่งมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ที่ อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นพนักงานที่ได้รับเลือกให้ได้กลับบ้านในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ ซึ่งหมอออยบอกว่า พ่อกับแม่จะถามเสมอว่า ช่วงเทศกาลจะได้กลับบ้านไหม ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะไม่ค่อยได้กลับบ้านในเทศกาลสำคัญ จะใช้วิธีโทรศัพท์พูดคุยกัน แต่หลังจากเทศกาลแล้วถึงจะได้กลับไปหา
“พอรู้ว่าได้รับเลือกให้กลับบ้านช่วงสงกรานต์ ผมดีใจมาก เพราะการได้อยู่บ้าน ได้เห็นหน้าพ่อแม่ ล้อมวงกินข้าวร่วมกัน ได้อยู่ข้าง ๆ คนในครอบครัว เป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญที่เราไม่จำเป็นต้องมีคำพูดอะไรเลย”

หมอออย เล่าพร้อมรอยยิ้มว่า เวลาที่ได้กลับบ้าน เป็นเวลาที่ไม่เพียงแค่พ่อกับแม่เฝ้ารอ ตาและยายก็จะเฝ้ารอเวลาได้เจอหน้ากัน โดยทั้งคู่จะลงมือเข้าครัวด้วยตนเอง คุณยายทำปลานึ่ง ขณะที่คุณตาทำลาบคั่ว ซึ่งเป็นอาหารจานโปรดของหมอออย จัดขึ้นสำรับอาหารมื้อสำราญของครอบครัว เป็นหลักฐานของความรักและความผูกพันของคนในบ้าน ที่ส่งผ่านมากับอาหารจานโปรดของหมอออย โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเอ่ยวาจาใด ๆ ก็รับรู้ได้ถึงความ “รักและคิดถึง” ที่ตาและยายมีให้กับลูกหลานที่ไปอยู่ไกลตาอย่างหมอออย

Storytime!

So this was about 2 years ago before the pandemic happened. I went to Bangkok again with people I loved for Waterzonic 2019, yes it was 2019. Time flies, already a year has passed, I’m just like other good civilians staying home and digging out all my footage from my travels and slowly editing it.

How many of you miss traveling? Music festival? Food? Mysterious gf from another country? Haha! I have so much footage from this trip, this is only day one, part 1. Hope you enjoy watching us eating, partying, and drinking.

不知不觉一年多了,这次的rave是Waterzonic 2019 在曼谷. 很庆幸我有把旅行记录下来,不然那里会有那么多回味. 在家关了那么久,得空了就剪了,终于可以upload来看了. 疫情好了后一定要多一点出国,好好珍惜可以出国游玩和工作的机会.
