1960s zichar inspired @laibaosg brings back the good old charcoal fishhead steamboat (price from $15~) that comes with the choice of grouper or snapper and hand-minced meat pie on top of the usual ingredients such as cabbage, yam, black fungus, cherry tomato and tofu. Good to know that the hearty soup can be refilled for free 🐟 🥣

This counts amongst one of the hit dishes besides the soft and tender grandma’s recipe pork belly and pork floss egg plant. Others were misses that would hopefully be fixed in time to come.
