紐西蘭的研究，看數位健康程式對糖尿病/糖尿病前期患者的體重和血糖的影響。
用的手機軟體是 Melon，有健康教練、實證資源、同儕支持、目標追蹤等功能。
參與的受試者是 18-75 歲、糖化血色素 5.9-8.6% 之間、非使用胰島素治療、而且可以存取網路的人。
隨機分派 214 個人到常規治療組，215 個人到常規治療加上使用 Melon 軟體。
追蹤一年之後，不管是糖尿病或糖尿病前期，糖化血色素在兩個組別之間沒有差異。
兩組的體重平均減少 0.4 公斤，兩組之間也是沒有差異。

數位工具感覺上應該會對控制血糖有幫忙，不過這個試驗看起來是沒差。

Can you recognize these buildings?
[Multifacets] Architects create three-dimensional buildings out of two-dimensional drawings; whereas photographers reverse the process by capturing buildings as two-dimensional pictures. Multifacets reveals the diversity of Hong Kong and tells the stories our city from a two-dimensional graphical perspective. Buildings have many faces, and so does our city. The pictures flattens the lines and geometries of architectural facades and turn them into abstract compositions. The buildings selected have great significance in themselves and witnessed a part of our history. (Feel free to share)
