Throwback to the time we went for Great Wall climbing in China. ⁠
The entire wall, with all its branches, measures out to be 21,196 km. It was used for defensive system back to Ming Dynasty, and now it's one of the must-go touristy spots in China!⁠

「蹲的越低，才能爬的越高」

希望人類能從大自然的反撲學到教訓！因為COVID-19疫情，全世界彷彿被重重一擊，卻意外讓地球得到喘息的機會，因為交通、經濟停擺，大幅減低碳排放量，從NASA空拍圖見到了乾淨的地球！🌍

印象很深刻的是，小猴在2015年5月曾經以雄獅旅遊達人帶路的身份，到中國北京參加萬里長城金山嶺馬拉松，從照片來看就是坡坡相連到天邊的越野馬拉松，而且挑戰路線是更原始、未經修繕的野長城，與八達嶺的風景完全不同，與其說是跑馬拉松，不如說是爬樓梯，有時候還必須手腳並用，才能克服狹窄殘破的階梯！

那時候看到的風景好美好美，幾乎忘了比賽的疲累，但眺望遠方時，天空多半是霧濛濛的，即使來到郊外，北京的空氣品質依然不好，參賽選手彷彿是人體空氣清淨機，大口喘氣呼吸的同時，也吸入了不少PM2.5吧？

對自由工作者來說，疫情也影響很大，因為客戶都在觀望，六月底前所有活動邀約與代言全部取消了！雖然收入銳減，但每個月該付的房貸與支出依然不減，壓力是有的，但大家都一樣，在這個非常時期一起共體時艱，把物慾降低、求溫飽的時候，更能靜下心來沈思人生的下一步啊！
