The texture of the meatless Chicken is fairly close to the real thing, it's filling, and u might have noticed Green Common sells at least 2 items which use a different 'Chicken', the other one is more like a soy bean sheet. Interesting thing is when I was buying this, I met a gentlemen who also distributes plant based products - he showed me some future products in pipeline, and I think in 2020 there will be even more amazing replacement meats coming out that are closer to the real thing by far 🤔🌿

Impressive
• 1) Plant based, Fish-less Fish & Chips with Salad & Vegan Tartare sauce HKD $58. I swear if you tasted this blind you can't tell its not real fish, what's more further satisfying is that even the fries/chips were done perfectly crunchy fresh, just right.
• 2) Meatless Sausage Pizza with Beetroot Veganaise & Vegan cheese around $108.
• 3) Vegetarian Hainanese Chicken with Turmeric rice. Ok but I wanted a better reduced or Dark Soy Sauce, this is something which can’t be compromised imo, even if the meat can be : )
I have actually tried many dishes here but haven't posted, surprisingly most of them are highly satisfactory substitutes for meats 😎 @ Kind Kitchen by Green Common

【Ingredients】
●Kabocha Squash Salad Sweet golden kabocha squash (Japanese pumpkin)
180g Boiled kabocha squash
2tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
1 Boiled egg
salt,pepper(to taste)

Kuri kabocha squash, which is particularly sweet, is one of the most popular varieties.
●Sesame Dressed Broccoli
140g Boiled broccoli
1tsp Sesame oil
1tbsp Ponzu (soy sauce ok)
20g White sesame seeds
●Tomato Open Omelette
5,6 Cherry tomatoes
1 Egg
5g butter
1tsp Soy sauce
●Kara-age (fried chicken)
230g Chicken thigh
2tsp Sake
1tsp Japanese mayonnaise
flour(as needed)
salt,pepper
*sauce
2tsp Whole grain mustard
1tsp Honey
1tbsp soy sauce
oil for deep frying
【材料】
●南瓜のサラダ
茹でたかぼちゃ 180g
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
茹で卵 1個分
*南瓜によりマヨネーズの量は調整してください。塩、胡椒はお好みで。
甘味が足りない南瓜はひとつまみのお砂糖をプラス。
●ブロッコリーの胡麻和え
茹でたブロッコリー 140g
胡麻油 小さじ1
ポン酢(醤油でもok)大さじ1
白胡麻 20g
●トマトオープンオムレツ
卵 1個
プチトマト 5、6粒
バター 5g
醤油 小さじ1と1/2
●唐揚げ
鶏もも肉 230g
酒 小さじ2
マヨネーズ 小さじ1
薄力粉 適量
