Passer-by would not realise this 22,000 square feet bungalow houses a cafe offering high tea, as the facade of Averie Hous proposes this is just another elites' bungalow. It may be a daunting task to secure a reservation, as Averie Hous offers only limited high tea set per day, and best if you can secure the reservation one week ahead.
