Work from Home ( WFH ) คือ การทำงานจากที่บ้าน ซึ่งเหมาะกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันที่จะต้องรับมือ โควิด-19 ที่ระบาดหนักในช่วงนี้ ทำให้หลายบริษัทมีแนวคิดที่จะทำ WFH หรือ Work From Home ทำงานที่บ้านมากขึ้น เพื่อให้งานสามารถเดินหน้าต่อไป ธุรกิจไม่ติดขัด ยังคงทำรายได้ ในขณะที่ก็ได้ป้องกันการติดเชื้อ COVID-19 เพราะหากมีพนักงานติดเชื้อ อาจเสียหายหนักกว่า บริษัทและองค์กรหยุดชะงักได้ ขาดรายได้แต่ต้องจ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงาน !!!
ไม่เพียงแต่เฉพาะเรื่องธุรกิจ แม้กระทั่งเรื่องการศึกษาก็สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ จัดเป็นการสอนออนไลน์.เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนออนไลน์ได้สะดวกจากที่บ้าน
Work From Home ( WFH ) ต้องทำยังไง เพื่อให้การทำงานจากที่บ้านมีประสิทธิภาพจะต้องเตรียมความพร้อมใน 3 เรื่อง ได้แก่
Hardware – เตรียมอุปกรณ์สำหรับใช้ทำงานที่บ้านหลักๆก็จะมี คอมพิวเตอร์ อินเตอร์เน็ต และ กล้องวีดีโอ พร้อมเลือกใช้โปรค่ายมือถือที่เน็ตแรงๆ ความเร็วสูง โดยควรตรวจสอบโปรโมชั่นสำหรับ Work from Home จากทุกค่ายมือถือ ได้แก่ True, AIS, DTAC, CAT
Software – เตรียมโปรแกรมต่างๆที่มีฟีเจอร์สนับสนุนการทำงานบ้าน การประชุมออนไลน์ หรือ การเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ เช่น VDO Conference , VDO Call, Chat,Screen Share, Share Drive เป็นต้น ซึ่งแอพสำหรับ work from home ที่นิยมใช้กัน ได้แก่. Google Suite ที่ประกอบไปด้วย Google Hangout Meet,Google Drive, Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slde
นอกจากนี้ก็ยังมีแพลตฟอร์มอื่นๆอัก เช่น Microsoft Team, Zoom, Slack, Skype, Webex, Tellro, Line, Facebook เป็นต้น
Peopleware – เตรียมบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ฝึกอบรมทำความเข้าใจให้ดีถึงการใช้งาน Hardware และ Software รวมถึงหลักปฎิบัติในการทำงานจากบ้านร่วมกัน เพื่อให้ได้งานที่มีประสิทธิภาพไม่น้อยไปกว่าการทำงานที่บริษัท และให้ทุกคนตระหนักถึงการดูแลดูแลตัวเอง ติดตามข่าวสารที่ถูกต้อง และ ปฎิบัติตาม พ.ร.ก. ฉุกเฉิน ฉบับที่ 1 อย่างเคร่งครัด ในช่วงที่เชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 กำลังระบาดอยู๋ในไทย และทั่วโลกในเวลานี้
