YouTube workshop ! First time visiting the Headquarter of Google Hong Kong! 🤘🏿 多謝香港演藝人協會的安排，並不是說每個演藝人都要轉當YouTuber，但至少這是一個相對屬於自己的平台，付出多少全看自己，沒有説機會輪不到我，只看自己願意創造與否。
嘉賓的分享都很Inspiring，全靠自己落手落腳，沒有確實回報，也不知觀眾反應，但仍要投入熱情，堅持又堅持，所以真正成功的人才會那麼少。
很欣賞會長古生的用心，背後策劃之餘，活動也親身支持。時代在變，行業在變，不進則退，總要開放自己，才能學習更多。

不捨地離開服務兩年的eBay行動拍賣團隊。在這裡學到了經營新興市場的大膽與衝勁，也學到了策略和取捨的重要。
駐地舊金山、總部在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹、部分團隊在上海及香港，網站市場在南非、墨西哥、新加坡、波蘭、愛爾蘭、阿根廷。與英國、澳洲、義大利、加拿大共同做app。兩年內旅行194天、42次。擔任5%的女性主管之一。
分別為業務高手、策略智庫的兩個截然不同但都非常優秀的老闆工作。有著出生入死一同奮鬥的同儕。從零開始，創建全新的產品管理、設計、專案管理、數據分析、變現收益團隊，幸運地有一群精英屬下不僅優秀，更懂得團隊合作。
和谷歌臉書合作最新功能、科技與設計概念，推出了又像網站又像app的世界第一批原生應用網站。翻轉改革一個賣家裡雜物的行動拍賣網站，成為墨西哥最大的房屋仲介網站之一。帶領南非最大的行動拍賣網站維持龍頭寶座。
為了趕上市日期，我們一度推出還未完成的功能，市場大失血，緊急改回舊版功能，失敗中上了痛苦卻寶貴的一課。
上個禮拜，在團隊會議上我一度哽咽，因為我親手打造的團隊就像我在職場上的家人一般緊密。（你們都見過他們了，他們是最近兩週的直播講者！）

Leaving eBay after two years of leading product in the classifieds local commerce emerging markets field. I learned to be bold and fast here, while also learn to appreciate strategy and focus.
Based in San Francisco; department headquarter in Amsterdam, Netherlands; have teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong, China; served markets of South Africa, Mexico, Singapore, Argentina, Ireland and Poland. Traveled 194 days with 42 trips in the past two years. Worked as 5% female leader in technology.
Worked for bosses who one came from sales and another one from strategy area. Different style but I learned a lot from both of them. Had supportive peers who went through the incredible journey together. Most amazingly, I built a great product Management, product marketing design, program management, monetization and analytics teams from scratch. They are star-performers while also worked like a championship team who helped each other.
I worked with Google and Facebook on latest technology and design concepts, and also launched first set of Progressive Web App in the world, which is website with app functions. Pivoted Mexico business and maintain South Africa brand as no.1 classifieds business in market.
To hit the deadline, at one point we launched unfinished product. Had to rollback and learned a lot from the failure.
Last week at my team’s staff meeting,our eyes were all red. For me, my team which I built from scratch is like my family at work - we are so close.
But, I am ready for my next challenge! Thank you, eBay.

昨天我帶團隊到谷歌請他們給我們產品設計建議。每個公司都設計網站或App，但很少人知道谷歌和蘋果的設計師其實會提供企業產品建議和諮詢，當然，這是給極少數公司的特權，不是人人都有。過去五年，我已經請他們幫我服務的企業做Design Review（設計檢視），讓我教你怎麼爭取特權！
要爭取這樣的服務，你得先想為什麼他們要幫你，然後你可以怎麼幫他們。
谷歌和蘋果都希望企業能夠做出優質的網站或App，這樣用戶才會繼續用他們的平台。但這樣還太廣，什麼是優質？在他們的眼中，網站和App設計採用他們最新功能及他們推薦的設計規範就是優質。換句話說，如果你用了他們的最新功能，而且又有數據顯示對你的企業有幫助，他們就會希望把你當做他們新功能的成功案例，好讓他們推廣更多企業採納，並且幫你檢視設計，希望你的網站或App更好。
你可以這樣做 -
1. 找出蘋果谷歌最新的最新功能或設計規範
a. 他們的網站有詳細說明，年度發表會也會列出他們最在意的新功能， 比如說：谷歌瀏覽器的單位有像網站卻有App功能的「原生應用網站」Progressive Web App，蘋果App的單位的關於蘋果支付Apple Pay最新的功能等等。

2. 選出對你的用戶最有幫助的功能或設計
3. 當你完成功能，試著聯繫你當地，甚至矽谷總部的谷歌和蘋果單位。但一定要先做功課，才不會壞了難得有的機會
你或許會覺得很難，其實不，因為谷歌蘋果推出的功能很多， 如果只是專精其中一樣功能，其實並不需要很多資源，像是我幫針對百貨跟蘋果支付合作，幫麥當勞跟谷歌免拿手機感應支付合作，幫eBay跟谷歌原生應用網站合作，幫eBay跟臉書登入合作。
再偷偷告訴你，一旦你做得好，跟他們聯繫上，他們甚至會找你合作還沒有上市的產品，你就成了谷歌蘋果的特別夥伴，他們甚至會把你的產品放在年度新產品發表會上當作示範案例，免費全球行銷！

Google Apple Designer Design Review for your Web/App. Here is How –
Every company has website or app, but not many people know Google and Apple actually provide service to help review the design for you – of course, only for very limited company. Here is how to get into special group –
Before I tell you how, you should think of why they do so and how you can help them.
Google and Apple wants companies build better website and app, so users will use more Google and Apple. What’s “better?” In their mind, using their feature and design guideline is better. In another word, if your company use their feature, and have data showing that benefits your company, they would consider to use you as successful case to help the promote their feature. Before they use your case, they would help you to do even better.
Here are tangible steps –
1. Find out Google/Apple’s latest functions
a. Their website shows all latest function, and they usually call out those that they care most at their annual product announcement.

2. Pick the one that most beneficial to your users
3. Once you are done with implementation, try to contact local or even Silicon Valley headquarter Google/Apple contacts
You may think this is hard. Not at all! Google/Apple has lots of functions, so if you just master one of them, actually is quite doable for any size of companies. For example, I helped Target to partner with Apple Pay; helped McDonald’s to partner with Google Hands Free; helped eBay to partner with Facebook Account Kit and Google Progressive Web App.
One more secret – if you done well of above, they may even invite you as private partner to test out beta product that they haven’t announce yet. You may feature you on their annual product announcement as case study – then you will get free global marketing!
