: Special Healthy Yee Sang with family and relatives. How to enjoy CNY delights & still maintain healthy weight? Here are few useful tips:
1. Eat 10 am to 8 pm. Strictly no eating after 8 pm. Only water and green tea is allowed
2. Use pure honey in your Yee Sang instead of sugar syrup
3. Maximum 2 pieces of cookies from 2 different varieties in one day
4. Eat oranges. It will help to increase your antioxidants and thus your metabolism
5. Eat rice or noodles maximum 1 time a day
6. Drink at least 4 liter water a day

Sape makan subway dgn hajat bajet2 diet la lebih baik dari makan nasi atau fefeeling lebih sihat dalam byk² jenis fast food kan kan?

Ramai yg suka makan subway sbb agak healthy.. Lagi2 kalau dlm shopping mall, kalau nak cepat n dah lapar mmg subway menjadi pilihan hati.. Cepat dan pantas!

Tapi ramai yg lakukan 8 kesilapan ni yg mungkin akan melambatkan proses turun berat..

1. JADIKAN MENU SUBWAY SEBAGAI MAKANAN ALAS PERUT ATAU SNACKING.. Dasyat betul sape yg snacking subway.. kena order snacking die 12" baq hang! haha.. Menu subway ni ckup sgt utk jadikan 1 hidangan utama makanan samada lunch or dinner..

2. PILIH MENU YG ADA DAGING.. Kalau tgok jadual kalori & fat yg dikeluarkan subway, yg mana ada beef mesti kalori dan fat jadi agak tinggi.. mmg daging adalah sumber protein yg dtg bersama lemak yg agak tinggi berbanding protein makanan laut atau protein tumbuhan.

3. EXTRA CHEESE PLEASE.. Aduh cmne nk turun lemak ni.. Salu kat subway akan kasi 2 keping cheese.. Kalau bole minta sekeping je atau nak lg bagus xletak cheese langsung..👍

4. TAK NAK SAYUR.. konon kata nak tiru org US mkn subway, tp sume sayur xnak.. Tak seimbang la nutrition sbb roti (karbo) + meat (protien) bile xde sayur jd la kurang fiber n kompleks karbo. Pastu nnt cepat lapar, pastu cakap mkn subway x kenyang, pi makan nasi lagi tambah .. haa sapa mcm tu? 😁😁

5. SAYA NAK LETAK SOS TU SOS NI.. Mkn subway cam roti canai banjir.. haha.. Semua sos dia nak bubuh mentang2 xyah tambah duit.. Elakkan Thousand island, mayonis dan sos2 lain yg menambah kalori dan lemak.. olive oil n pepper ok la, xkan nk mkn kering je..

6. NAK COOKIES PLAK DAH.. Subway saje letak rak cookies tu kat kaunter sbb nk upsell customer. So yg jadi mangsa ialah mereka yg rambang mata bila tgk cookies atau mereka yg rasa mcm nak mkn sumting sweet la konon² dessert.. Akhirnya kene keluar duit extra beli cookies utk dpt extra kalori & sugar. Siapa dlm kategori ni? 🙋

7. ORDER PLAK SOFT DRINKS.. Aduyai.. 😭😭Ramai sedia maklum soft drink ni tinggiiiii gula termasuk la air yg xde gas pun.. Beli jela air botol mineral 500 ml yg subway jual tu.. Walaupun minum air kosong x nampak hipster, tp bagus utk org nk turun berat.. hehe..

8. MAKAN SUBWAY SAMBIL BERJALAN..
Dah la x baca bismillah, x basuh tgn, pastu makan berjalan sambil nganga mulut besar2.. haha.. Pastu plak ada sayur bawang tomato sumer n sos tumpah2 atas lantai.. Sian makcik cleaner haha.. Tp Kesalahan no 8 ni kalau anda buat, masih bole turun berat badan.. 😅

Ultimate Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Avocado)
軟心朱古力牛油(果)曲奇

牛油果 半個
黃糖 90g/ 100ml
亞麻籽粉 1tbsp + 水 3 tbsp
香草精油 1 tsp
鹽 1/4 tsp
全麥(低筋)麵粉 90g/ 175ml
蘇打粉 1 tsp
巧克力 40-50g (non-dairy chocolate for vegan)
**170C 15-18 分鐘

Flax Meal 1tbsp + 水 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

Baking Soda 1 tsp
Chocolate 40-50g (non-dairy chocolate for vegan)

The Trick to No-Fail Thick and Fluffy Japanese Pancakes
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 3 9cm/3.5inch-tall Christmas Tree Ring
Ingredients:
1 (150g) Morinaga Hot Cake Mix (flour)
1 Aojiru (green juice powder)
160ml milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar *vinegar makes the cake even fluffier
cooking oil
chocolate pen and sugar sprinkles
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, Aojiru (green juice powder), milk, and vinegar. Do not over mix, some lumps are okay.
2. Grease the cake rings and a frying pan with cooking oil. Pour batter to about half full. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes. Flip them over, cover, and cook on low for 3 minutes.
3. Check for doneness with a skewer. Remove from the cake ring and serve on a plate.
4. Decorate the pancakes with chocolate and sugar sprinkles.
You can wrap the pancakes in a plastic wrap and freeze to eat later.
Microwave for a minute and you can enjoy fresh and fluffy pancake :)
