今日同Highland Park嘅Senior Brand Ambassador Martin Markvardsen會面，講下新推出嘅Highland Park威士忌, 包括特別版Valkyrie （HK$550)同全球只得28000支，而香港只得720支（HK$2260)嘅Fire Edition 火神。我覺得支Valkyrie比較男人d，比平時多d泥煤味，重口味d。而支火神有煙燻味、甜甜地又帶d紅果香，仲有一啲甜香料，例如肉桂、糖薑等，因為佢用咗砵酒桶陳年15年，所以咁甜美。我仲問Martin好多私人問題，例如佢飲多咗之後有咩秘方去解酒，佢話佢會食多d嘢，飲大量嘅水同咖啡去吸返d酒！唔怪得佢咁大隻啦！我係佢隔離變咗小人國！🤣🤣😆😆🥃
Very happy to meet Martin Markvardsen, the Senior Brand Ambassador of Highland Park, today! He introduced the new whiskies of Highland Park to us, including special edition Valkyrie (HK$560) & limited Fire Edition (only 28000 bottles worldwide and 720 bottles in HK). I found Valkyrie more masculine & more peaty than normal Highland Park. As for the Fire Edition, it is smoky, sweet & with red fruit flavors as well as sweet spices like cinnamon & candied ginger. It’s been matured in Port cask for 15 years, so that’s y it’s sweet. I also ask Martin what’s his secret recipe to cure hangover when he drinks a bit over the night before. He suggests to eat lots of food & drink lots of water & coffee. No wonder why he is so chubby & I look so petite next to him! 🤣🤣😆😆🥃
